This is the second big job we have done with CR#1. They did our kitchen several years ago and it was near perfect. All issues were addressed and the few "on the fly" changes were handled with no problem. This time it was it was a new roof with full tear off. Our house still had the original shake roof from the 50s, under several layers of composition. We got estimates as high as $54,000 (which was insane) down to the high 30k range. CR#1 came in several thousand under the best estimate and completed the entire job in four days. As messy as a job like this is, they were fantastic and keeping it to a minimum and cleaning up afterward. We HIGHLY recommend Creative Remodeling #1.

Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 1/21/2020 Creative Remodeling #1 is a great company to work with! Headed by Yosi, all the workers are hard workers and pleasant to be with. They really cared about the quality of work and made sure the process was easy for us. We remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen. We cannot be happier with the end results. We are now truly enjoying cooking in the new kitchen and getting ready in the new bathrooms in the morning. We had tough issues on galvanized pipes and outdated electrical panel (our house was built in the 50's), but Yosi worked with us step by step and replaced them with a reasonable cost to make sure that we won't have problems down the road. Not only we can enjoy the updated look, but also we can have peace of mind that our enjoyment lasts for a long time. I highly recommend Creative Remodeling #1!

I had to renovate my house and i met with yosi and Tal from Creative remodeling #1 the meeting was very good and clear and they were professional and understanding evry detail we were talking about. The price was very good compare to another company's so i did the job with Creative remodeling #1 everything done on time and quality that i really like. Thank you for the project i will definitely recommend to use them for any corrections job.

I'm sooo happy I chose to go with Tal, Yosi & Creative Remodeling #1. A lot of companies promise the world, but when it comes to deliver they fail miserably. Trust me, I've had a few problems when it came to this. Creative Remodeling and Tal were so good that I have already referred 2 of my friends and family members. You would think because the prices were so competitive that the quality and service would suffer, but we were happily surprised that it went even more smooth than anticipated. They were extremely easy to reach, and they were always on point in responding. Thank you Creative Remodeling #1 and know for sure who to contact in my next project!
