Croixco did wonderful work on our church mansard roof. Bart Fisher met with our staff and explained where our problems were. He did a thorough job of exploring areas by removing old shingles over the underlayment, accessing the conditions and replacing shingles. We felt during our meetings he had our best interest at heart, worked well with the insurance adjuster, recommended the best materials for our situation, and completed the project under budget with quality work. They handled all the insurance negotiations upfront and the final insurance Billings at the end. When the insurance numbers were wrong they took the initiative to get them corrected. They advised us on proper materials and proper corrective measures. Materials used were of the best quality. They did a very good job of protecting the building during construction and cleaning up afterwards. We were especially impressed with the job they did on venting the roof to prevent condensation in the future. He will be contacted again when a consultation or work is needed. Highly recommended!

I purchased a complex over-the-range microwave/convection/broiler and needed the cabinet and vent placement moved to accommodate. Bart and Darren came in and did a complete evaluation of the situation, determined we needed to update some electrical and went above and beyond to run all of the electrical, install matching tile backsplash, and while in the attic running electrical, noticed some issues with my dryer venting which they fixed as well before they left. Very conscientious and thorough. Will definitely be using them in the future!
