I found Custom Remodeling on Angie’s List almost 3 years ago. I asked them to replace carpet and paint in a rental home. He offered suggestions that were well within my budget and I was impressed with his attention to detail. He found several things that were in need or repair and in some cases updating and replacement including, plumbing, carpentry and decor. The end product far exceeded my expectations. I have used their services several times since then and will continue to use them. He’s fair, reliable, and trustworthy. These characteristics are hard to find today; especially with contractors.

This is the guy to hire if you want a good remodeling experience. He and his crew are always on the spot. And if you're not sure exactly what you want? Julio has a trained artistic mind. He can make suggestions that will amaze you. Maybe the best thing is that he has such a great attitude. He is not only willing to complete your job, he really enjoys it. Remodeling is his idea of a good time! (Go figure!)
