This is a tough one...I'm thinking a love seat on the wall with the measuring tape - think small scale and a neutral...give your punch of color in pillows and accents only. I would put a small scale glass top in front of it and a neutral but fun rug underneath. Across from the table put in two small ottomans for more seating. Your TV can go under the window. I think a nice painting (with your punch of color) above the sofa will draw the eye up and make the room seem bigger. This layout keeps a walkway to your bedroom. Good luck!

I live in a small space, too... my house is only 12 feet wide. Everything you own has to have at least two functions. :) I bought a Kivik loveseat (72") from Ikea. It has two wide track arms that hold papers and my laptop. My small coffee table has a hinged top that comes up to dining height. Put the loveseat on your 103" wall with the coffee table in front. Love your porthole window -- maybe put a floating shelf underneath it. I'd go with a big piece of graphic art behind the couch. Maybe a sisal type rug to help break up the tiles? Then, to the right of your french doors, perhaps a low, narrow console with storage (think Wayfair) and a smaller TV (40" or less.) Good luck!

Make sure you measure that small wall by the french doors for w of tv console-looks like 15-18" max. TV will need to be able to swivel toward love seat and not be taken out by door. coopermcboo had excellent suggestions..Beach envy!
