Dan and his team are amazing. They do beautiful work, are always on time, and very professional. We used him for our kitchen and fireplace remodel and couldn’t be happier.

We hired Danny and his team on the recommendation of a great friend who was thrilled with the work he did in her home. Now its my turn to give this team two enthusiastic thumbs up! This big remodel was our first project of this size and Danny took all the scary out of it because he is a total pro and was unflappable, even though our old home threw him some curve balls. Danny and his crew were on site every day with a positive CAN DO attitude which we really appreciated. We love our home, Danny and his crew thoughtfully brought all of our dreams for it to fruition. This team has earned every one of my five stars and I'd throw in a sixth and seventh one if I could!

Dan Spain has worked on several construction jobs in our home over the past few years. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with him; he and his team have remodeled our entire first floor and 3 upstairs bathrooms. He is honest, straight-forward, stayed within budget and is a bit of a perfectionist - what more can you ask? We highly recommend him for any construction needs.

We highly recommend Dan Spain and his very professional and trustworthy crew. We recently purchased our home which had a Tuscan look and wanted to change to an industrial/farmhouse style. Dan and his crew came up with excellent ideas and solutions and they were extremely knowledgeable throughout the renovation process. They were able to work within our budget and provide top notch quality. We absolutely love all the work they did and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Dan was recommended by a couple of my friends. I trusted him before I even met him. He gave us a fair bid and helped us all through our decision making with the kitchen remodel. His men worked hard, did top knotch work and cleaned up after themselves every day. Dan is a perfectionist and it shows in every aspect of the job. We did new cabinets, new appliances, an island, new ceiling lighting, and new countertops. From demolition to finish only three weeks. We are very pleased with the results! Thank you Dan. I will continue to recommend Dan Spain Contruction.

We have used Daniel Spain countless times for a wide variety of jobs at our house, big and small! And every time, I'm more impressed and pleased than the last. Dan is good at what he does, and his work ethic and integrity set him apart from everybody else. I've recommended him to friends, and he's never failed to deliver. My wife has a silly jingle she sings every time we are in need of a project: "Dan, Dan the genius man....if he can't do it, no one can!"

Our family used Dan Spain on two large projects; installation of wood flooring and remodel of master bath. We have also used Dan on various smaller projects as well. Overall; Projects were very well planned Dan offered great suggestions on materials and suppliers Project was completed in a timely fashion and on schedule Crew was always respectful ,courteous and extremely neat Prices were very competitive Dan always maintained contact with us during the project and was, himself, on the work site most every day We will always use Dan for projects on our house.

I highly recommend Dan Spain for contract work. He was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He came up with creative solutions for problems and was conscious of the budget. He put in iron railing for multiple stair cases throughout the house and remodeled a bathroom - including beautiful tile work around a tub. If I need more work in the future - he will be my first call!
