David recently completed a project for us, renovating bathrooms and our kitchen. He and his crew did an excellent job, completing our project on time and within our budget. David operates with integrity, is attentive to detail and easy to work with. We are thankful to have worked with David and plan to work with him on future projects.

I hired David to manage the building of an oceanfront beach house as I needed someone I trusted to oversee an out of town project with a contractor I didn't know and unique building code requirements for an oceanfront home. He worked with us on the house design, materials construction and construction management. Besides confirming that I got the quality and timely completion I was promised, his negotiations with the builder and other builders in the bid process saved me a multiple of his fee. I would highly recommend David as a knowledgeable and trustworthy builder and use or recommend him without hesitation.

My wife and I had the pleasure of hiring David for a bedroom and bathroom remodeling project. What spurred the project was a hidden water leak in the crawl space that caused significant damage to part of our house. The reason I mention this is that the damage resulted in an insurance claim which we had absolutely no experience with. David provided excellent coaching advice on how to handle the situation as well as meeting with the adjuster in person to help settle a reasonable claim reimbursement. Since this project was unexpected David provided excellent guidance within our budget on what our bathroom and bedroom model should look like based on current trends and common functionality. His workmanship, timing and coordination of our project blew away our expectations on how this project would transpire. He kept us informed on the timeline during the entire project and even taught us a few things about framing, painting and tile work. However, not enough that my wife would trust me to do anything on my own because we would immediately call David as we would highly recommend anybody else do as well. We can’t thank him enough for both the professional and personal work he provided

David was a contractor for our bathroom renovations and we could not be happier! The quality of the work was impeccable. He is organized and precise every step of the way. It was the cleanest construction site I've ever seen! His workers are courteous and friendly. He is prompt in all communications and more type A than me! We will absolutely look to use him again in the future!

We recently had a screen porch converted to a four season room by David Rogers Builders. He provided us with detailed cost and time frame estimates. During the construction he checked in daily to ensure that the work was being completed within zoning regulations and his exacting standards. In our opinion he provided outstanding service and ensured that each su-contractor completed work within the architectural plan. This included windows, hardwood floors, and exterior foundation requirements. We are very pleased with the completed wok and highly recommend Mr. Roger's ;company for construction projects. In particular, we were most pleased with his attention to detail ad his daily supervision.

David Rogers offers a terrific mix of knowledge, professionalism, integrity and communication, and we consider him a good friend. David renovated the exterior of our South Charlotte home in 2014, and we hired him again to do the interior in 2015. From our first meeting, David earned our trust and confidence because he listens well, and then uses a wealth of experience in home building, engineering and sales to help the homeowner create an exciting game plan. In order to win our business, David provided a detailed, thoughtful estimate for both phases of our project. The only changes to those plans (and prices) were minor adjustments that we specifically requested. David does a superb job of organizing and leading a team of reliable specialists to complete the project on time and on budget. Our renovations included replacing the exterior of the home with James Hardie siding, enclosing a 2-story foyer to create a new bedroom, adding a vaulted screened porch and brick patio, adding a curved metal roof over our front door, completely renovating four bathrooms, relocating our laundry room, and installing new windows and doors, new landscaping, and new lighting throughout the house. Choosing a contractor is a critical decision. Building and renovating are challenging, and many people find themselves weary and frustrated by shoddy work and/or poor communication that exceeds promised pricing and timelines. We are thankful to have David as our contractor. We experienced a positive process and a beautiful and high-quality renovation outcome. We give David Rogers our highest recommendation!

Second story large Front Porch tear down and rebuild. This was a tough situation that required lots of problem solving along the way. Good options and recommendations were provided to allow us to make our decisions. David Rogers builders provided everything we wanted and needed to complete this project. Very knowledgeable, reliable skilled subs. From first meeting for estimate to last meeting upon completion of project, Mr. Rogers was a reliable, hands on contractor. Spent appropriate time to walk through contract details, listened to our needs, especially our time table. The project was organized and kept moving, as subs came and went. Each day David Rogers checked in or came by to review what was completed and if we had any concerns. He dealt with any issues that arose immediately. We stayed on time and within budget. He and his subs were always professional. It was a pleasure working with them.

David provided me with detailed descriptions and explanations of everything his people would be doing from start to finish. He was very professional, answered any question I had(which were many) and he checked in with his workmen on site to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Outstanding work. David was on top of every aspect of the project which included plumbers, eclectricians,sheet rock mechanics, wood floor installation and painters.

David Rogers Builders built our house in 2006/2007 and he took care to include lots of details and extras that make life more comfortable, but that might not get noticed at first glance (e.g. granite in all bathrooms and laundry room, multiple attic storage space areas, front porch wide enough to actually spend time on, second area for laundry, hobby / craft room, external hot water spigot, spacious third floor, pre-wiring for sound and alarm, multiple phone, cable and internet jacks in some rooms which allows for several options for room layout, multiple location options for second refrigerator, ice maker, game room refrigerator, high quality room doors, high quality plumbing, door and cabinet hardware, sprinkler system in the back yard also, multiple external power outlets, wide driveway, etc.). The quality of the house is top notch also. This is a solid structure and we've had no issues with workmanship. If ever there was a question we had, even years after we'd moved in, David was willing to help us out or some on-site to have a look. In other words, after the close date, you still have a partner in your corner. I would recommend David Rogers Builders for those seeking a high quality custom home.
