DAVIS CONTRACTING

Our house flooded (toilet supply line came loose) and Davis contracting was subcontractor for State Farm. All went well so we hire Davis Contracting for remodeling. we noticed some issues needed to be addressed with the outside paint trim but the office lady told us numerous times that he would come back and address our issues but he never came back. Very disappointed but would not recommend them!

I hired Roger Davis to repair my home in Charleston after a flood. As another review mentions, this was a HUGE mistake. Roger lied about numerous things including the timing of repairs, the cost, his accessibility and other things. When he did answer my calls, he was away hunting. There were numerous days when he and his crew were simply not working, which caused me to incur costs as I was out of my home longer with additional expenses. His workers also damaged numerous things in my home, including a cabinet, my front door and other things. Roger is unreliable, unethical and a genuine dirt bag. DO NOT HIRE ROGER DAVIS. There are many other reputable contractors out there, but ROGER DAVIS GIVES CONTRACTORS A HORRIBLE NAME.

We hired Davis Contracting for a large fire renovation and in my opinion it was the worst mistake EVER! I would NEVER hire him again! ! You will rarely ever speak with the GC and mostly his secretary/admin assistant. Communication was HORRIBLE!! Project took 2-3 months longer than necessary and in my opinion work was sub par!
