Ken was great to work with. He provided guidance every step of the way in picking the finishes for our home, and he kept us informed of the entire process. We were very involved in the home build, and Ken was always professional and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the home he built for us. Our home build was unique as it was built on a vacant plot of land. It took a little longer to build because of utility connections and offsite improvements and PG&E delays. These delays were out of the homebuilder's hands, and Ken still stuck with us to see the finished project through. We are very grateful to him and his home building expertise. I 100% trust his advice and would recommend him. In working with Ken, I realized quickly that this isn't just a job for him. He is really passionate about building homes. We absolutely love our new home!

Ken built our new construction home from a plot of land in Saratoga and did an absolutely magnificent job. He was patient and detailed in every step of the process, and completed our home on time, even with the constraints of supply chain shortages and pandemic impacts. He made excellent design recommendations and found places to save us money along the way to keep us within a reasonable budget. He has an impeccable eye for how a design idea will look in the end state AND also has the experience to know how to make the idea come to life. We are thrilled with the home and feel very lucky to have found Ken to guide us through the home-building process.

Deco Development did a fantastic job building my new home. I was impressed with the owner's knowledge in construction & his craftsmanship. The fact that this company only focus on NEW Construction, was a great advantage for me. I had been searching for a while for a company that has good knowledge in New Construction, most contractors I interviewed had only built few new homes and mostly did remodel and addition. But Deco Development showed me many NEW homes that they had built recently and it is my understanding that New Custom homes is their specialty. They guide me through the whole process from beginning with design, city permits & utility companies process. They built my house under 12 months which was very fast and the result was beyond my expectation. Thank you Deco Development.

I recently hired Deco Development to build my custom home in Silicon Vally , I am very happy with my experience with them. The owner Ken was very knowledgeable and guide us through this process from design to the construction. He also has a great taste when it comes to choosing finish materials. I did not have to hire any interior designer. Ken handled all design & construction and I love the finish result. He did an amazing job & his honesty and workmanship made this process much easier for me. What I like the most about him was he was not into giving me change orders or asking for money all the time. He even carried some of the construction cost till my construction loan was approved, which I greatly appreciate that.

Deco Development built our dream home from ground-up, and we had a wonderful experience. You've probably heard that contractors vary in quality. The "bad" ones cut corners and try to squeeze extra money out of you whenever possible. The "good" ones do quality work and price fairly. Ken Chitgar of Deco Development does more than just "good". He's "great", and here's why: + Ken has very good architectural and design taste. He is happy to give you his experienced opinion regarding design choices, and far more often than not, you'll be glad you followed his advice. + Ken helps you save money. He will show you where to get quality material at the best prices, and even help negotiate better prices on your behalf. He saved us many-thousands of dollars. + Ken works tirelessly and quickly. He doesn't waste time, and the only reason my house took as long as it did (13 months) was because of government red tape and PG&E delays. + Ken goes the extra mile. We had some fixtures that were particularly heavy and difficult to install, but he got the job done. And the result is stunning. My family loves our new house, and we highly recommend Deco Development. If we decide to build another home, we'll work with Ken again.

I recently hired Deco Development to construct my brand new custom home. I was very impressed with the workmenship and attention to details by the contractor (Ken). I had looked around for a contractor for awhile and after interviewing multiple contractors, I am glad I made the right choice and he completed the job on time. We give 5 stars for Deco development Inc ! It’s an amazing company that builds exceptional custom made homes, planned according to our family’s needs. Most affordable (we shopped and took quotes), very honest (really important), fees and payments are discussed up front no hidden fees no cost adjustment, BEST QUALITY workmanship from foundation to finish, and most durable and time efficient (our home was built in less than a year), and most importantly very respectful to neighbors. Neighbors are raving on how the workers are well disciplined and respectful to the neighborhood up to now. The building experience was awesome and we get to choose the style and material that suits our lifestyle. Thank you Ken for all your hard work and patience, we can see your passion and dedication to this project. This is one of the best decisions that we made in our life, we are exceptionally satisfied. We definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.

Ken deserves a 5 star review! He managed a new construction project for me in Santa Clara. Ken was extremely professional, seamlessly managed all vendors, subcontractors, always had great suggestions on finishes. When the project was all done and we hosted open house, pretty much everyone loved the house and asked who the Contractor was. I would hire Ken for my next project in a heartbeat!
