We bought a home in 2020 from Dean that was in the process of being built and six months until completion. During this time, there was a shortage of supplies and workers due to the pandemic BUT, Dean made it happen because of all of his resources, willingness, and commitment to service. Our home is modern, beautiful and well thought out with such special touches. Dean takes pride in his work as if it was his own home and is always a phone call away if we have any questions or need anything. He called us the other week just to say hi and to give us tips on how to winterize our home before the really bad freeze hits. Now, that's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Definitely an EXPERT in his field.

Dean is extremely dedicated, transparent, and produces great work. He always ensurer backwards to make sure I'm in the loop on progress good/bad and will go above and beyond to deliver a great results. I look forward to working with Dean on more developments.

We hired Deville Custom Homes to construct 12 units in a condo project in Austin, Texas. The work and finished product were excellent. The owner, Dean Deville, was very knowledgeable, was hands-on during the entire process from design to completion, and had strong relationships with the subcontractors (very important!). We hired dean to transform our closed off and boring 1950's single level house into an open two-story home. Dean is super professional and treated our home project as it was his own. He was on-site all the time making sure things were getting done on time and up to his high quality standards. I could exaggerate how great this company is to the point of sounding unbelievable and it would still be a hair shy of reality.

Deville Custom Homes did an absolutely amazing job, I couldn't be happier with the work. We were constrained a bit by the budget but Dean got creative and in the end, the house looks better than I could've imagined. I have not even moved in yet and I've countless people interested in buying my house. Included in what was done includes: foundation work, new framing for home layout (added a bathroom, redesigned kitchen, relocated staircase, relocated rear door, moved walls for master suite), new exterior cladding and windows, spray foam insulation, custom shower pans both bathrooms, all new plumbing throughout, custom tile work in both bathrooms, custom sliding barn door for master suite, re-use of reclaimed wood for interior cladding throughout house, re-laid upstairs reclaimed floors, refinished bottom floor wood floors, standing seam metal roof, etc.
