Diaz Construction Inc

Mario and his dad Walter Diaz are crooks, liers and thieves of highest order. They run two separate firms: Pacific drafting and design and Diaz Construction, Inc. Pacific drafting and design does not have a license. They own no architectural or engineering license. Instead, they hire a draftsman and have someone with a license stamp the drawings. Diaz construction, inc. license was suspended since December 2023. The CSLB board then revoked their license because of multiple complaints from customers alleging wrong doing, incomplete work, fraud and misrepresentation among others. I hired the two firms to perform a remodel of existing facility, they submitted false invoices to the lender and fraudulently received over 1 million in payment without doing the work. They then submitted a change order for inflation related cost increase. Once we learned about the real progress of work and their license being suspended, they walked off the job without doing the work they were already paid for. They then turned off their phones did not return calls from lender to me. Avoid them like plaque. They are being sued in court as we speak.
