My husband and I had a great experience with Dimora Interiors from start to finish. Kian really brought our vision to life and provided his great expertise in all areas of design, construction and finishing. What led us to choosing Dimora Interiors for our basement renovations is that Kian's schedule is flexible and could accommodate our busy lives. Further, Kian is with you from start to finish, from developing the design, all the way to the execution of the renovations. This is very unique from other designers as they often do the design and then hand off the design to you to organize the execution of it yourself with the contractors you've hired to conduct the renovations. Because Kian does it all and manages the actual renovations himself, the project went exceptionally smoothly and Kian really ensured that the design vision was properly implemented. I would highly recommend. We are VERY happy with our newly renovated basement. Kian's eye for detail is impeccable. He constantly communicates with you throughout the project, giving you updates as the work is done. He was also excellent at managing the project. We did not have to worry about anything.

Kian was very helpful in the design and color palette selection. With his eye for design he cut out the middle man of using a designer and eliminated the time wasting of going between a contractor and designer. We could not be happier with the work that was done. It was done one time and on budget. The attention to detail was second to none. We would highly recommend Dimora to anyone looking for a premium renovation.

We were very satisfied with the work done by Dimora Interiors. The planning, consultation, imagination and craftmanship were excellent. Kian Samy took extra steps to ensure that our ideas and wishes were taken into consideration. He was honest, professional while he renovated our kitchen, bathrooms and made great suggestions when purchasing new furniture . An excellent company!!

I wish I could give this guy, Kian Samy, a negative number. He over promises, under delivers and uses horrible products. We had our home renovated 4 years ago and the heated floors have already quit (he didn’t install them properly with the correct insulation mats), uneven tile work and crumbling drywall on the edges. Said he was going to make good and fix it but still nothing. He finds excuses for everything and doesn’t follow up on his word. One of the worst experiences of our lives. DO NOT use this guy or his company.

We have just finished a design/build project with Dimora interiors and we couldn’t be happier. The renovation went smooth and on time. The results are immaculate and exceptional. Highly recommended for interior design and remodeling projects.

I chose Dimora Interiors for the renovation of my apartment and I could not be happier with the outcome. I had a tight timeline, limited budget and a very expensive taste with high expectations. Kian from Dimora really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond at every step in the process to make sure I got exactly that and more, and somehow managed to keep it within budget and complete the project in time despite COVID-19 delays for availability and delivery of materials. Kian was always available when I needed him, took the time to show me all available options, sometimes multiple times, and persisted with his follow up calls to the manufacturers and suppliers and at times even picked up materials himself, found them at different suppliers, and miraculously managed to complete the project with a few days to spare. From the outset, Kian was attentive, professional and respectful of my decisions, yet provided very informative guidance and advice which led to spot on choices and an end result that fit perfectly with the rest of my décor and personality. Dimora Interiors really worked with my indecisiveness without making me feel pressured at all and most importantly was transparent and kept me in the loop about every aspect of the project at every step, which was very refreshing. Dimora Interior's attention to detail was impeccable, which I really appreciated since I am a perfectionist and notice every little thing. Dimora Interiors does a fantastic job vetting their trades and I always felt at ease with everyone who entered my home during the process and the work they did. I did not make it easy for Dimora Interiors and to be honest, I was expecting there to be a problem at some point with at least one aspect of the project as it is usually the case on most renovation projects, but that was just not the case with Dimora. Kian overcame every challenge in my renovations and thought outside the box to overcome and resolve every obstacle in a way that I could not even have even imagined without his expertise. I am not usually one to write reviews, however, I feel Dimora Interiors deserves recognition for doing such a great job and for being such kind, caring and capable professionals throughout the entire project. I would absolutely use Dimora Interiors again and would highly recommend Dimora to anyone looking to have work done in their home. Thank you Kian and the Dimora Interiors team for turning my home into an absolutely gorgeous joy to live in without breaking the bank. I am forever grateful!

I remodel 2 bathrooms 2 years ago and was extremely satisfied by not only the craftsmanship but the continued customer relations. Kian stands by his work honourably. I’m most impressed at his integrity and generosity in extending customer satisfaction at all levels. Without hesitation he would come and assist to your needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting great quality work that lasts!

My parents have worked with Dimora Interiors on a condo renovation. We are supper happy with the results. The whole process was made easy for us, during the design and construction. Kian (the designer/owner) made sure everything was according to the plans and the work at the highest quality. Very happy and highly recommended.

Kian is an old friend and a great colleague! Our first collaboration goes back to years ago and it has always been great to work with him. He thinks outside the box and always comes up with the best solution for any unforeseen condition. Kian has a good taste and a keen eye for construction!

Kian Samy of Dimora interiors inc was the designer and general contractor for the complete renovation of our south Granville 1260 sq ft two bedroom and two bathroom condo The experience was was a wonderful one, even fun. The results exceeded our expectations Kian is a great communicator as well as a talented designer and craftsman. His trades crews are exceptional. Our neighbours and strata council members reported that he is the most considerate , tidy and pleasant contractor to ever undertake a renovation in the building Kian is totally trustworthy and reliable His ideas are creative and the execution of these ideas are carried out well. He is a perfectionist and the results are a testament to that We recommend Kian and Dimora without qualification

Dimora Interiors have just finished a great transformation of our master ensuite. On the first meeting Kian brought some good design suggestions to help us visualize the possibilities for such a compact room. We made our choices with a budget and delivery timeline in mind. We knew it would take 2-3 weeks to do the major construction elements, but we managed to repaint the bedroom also at the end before our absolute deadline. At Kians suggestion we added a quartz surface to the budget which gives a great finish. Kians work was very professional, he remembered every detail we discussed. It was helpful to get clearly written texts & emails with pictures if we needed to choose some items or clarify details – first class communications. We will definitely consider Dimora for any future projects.

I hired Kian to renovate the main bathroom of our home and he was amazing, I would recommend him without hesitation!! Kian is very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He worked hard to ensure he made deadlines for the project, and stayed within our budget! I will be using him no doubt for other projects in the future.
