We had an aggressive schedule as we had renters moving in on a fixed date and Barry and his team worked overtime and weekends to meet the deadline. My wife is an architect and I work in construction so we had a lot of specific requests that Barry handled with utmost professionalism. He provided a budget based on a short walk through and went over and above to stay within budget. He self performs a lot of work so you’re not paying extra for labor and supervision as he does both. We’ve since called him back multiple times to do odd jobs. If he can’t do the job he will find someone that can. There is no job too big or too small. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.”

“Grenor Homes firstly are a highly organized crew of builders. They always have very experienced trades working with on site. I painted one of their projects and have to say they were the best contractors I have worked with here in BC. Their site was always kept very clean while work was taking place. Everything was completed to a high standard which made it easy for trades to work in sync. I would highly recommend Dan and Greg the owners of Grenor Homes to anyone who wanted to work with honest, reliable and hard working contractors, both are extremely detailed oriented and both will not except anything less than a perfect job from their workers.
