Besides quality of work, what scares me the most about a GC is their dependability: will they show up when they say they will, and consistently? Thankfully, with Dirsmith Construction, fears were put to rest. Additionally, the line of communication was consistently very good, and I am pleased with the work done -- especially that of Federico, who worked closely with me to make sure I was happy with the work he performed.

We gave Tim Dirsmith $5000 to build a custom window, which he repeatedly assured us over six months was being built but was never built, and he kept the money and won't return it despite repeated demands. So we are out $5000 that we need to sue for to get it back. One star is too high a rating for this outfit - don't trust him, don't do business with him.

Dirsmith Construction helped us through an extensive bathroom remodel. Nothing in the room stayed in the same place, and one wall was moved to allow for a larger tub. Throughout the process, they were very professional and communicative. As with any large project a couple of small hiccups occurred, but they resolved the issues with urgency and professionalism. The end result was a beautiful, and beautifully functional bathroom, just the way we wanted it. Thank you folks @ Dirsmith Construction!
