As the owner of the house featured in these reviews, I can tell anyone reading this that the workmanship in this house is atrocious! The paint, wood work, and roofing —- all problems! Our floors are splintering and buckling in every room. Our roof has had shingles fly off and now we have roof leaks. They painted over scuffs on our bath tubs with paint. It’s been quite frustrating and we could never recommend this builder for any job. Please use caution as this was a mediocre flip at best.

I have sold Rick many homes. He has transformed zombie homes into stunning show homes. All my buyers have positive raves about the quality and workmanship of his homes.

Duda renovated my kitchen, half bath, 2 living rooms, a fireplace and a deck. I couldn't be happier about the way it turned out. My wife loves it, everyone loves it. Its stressful to have a kitchen remodel, but with his vision and expertise, it really didn't turn out to be much of a burden on the family - and now they love it.

Rick works with a team of experienced subs with whom he has worked for many years. He works closely with the architect and hews closely to the plan. When needed he can be quite creative. When more cost effective solutions are available, he will propose them. He is also responsive to the needs of the owner. Duda can undertake everything from major renovations through construction of entire new structures--residential as well as commercial. He maintains the premises in a clean and orderly state. I can recommend Rick and his company without hesitation.

Rick Duda heads a team of subs who have worked with him for many years. Rick and his team built a 4000+ sq.ft house for us from excavation through C of O. The project proceeded smoothly, though it missed its completion data by a few months due to Super Storm Sandy. Rick worked hand in glove with the architect who did the design and had overall supervisory responsibility. Duda provided good value for money. He was flexible enough to accommodate real time changes that occurred in the design and in delivery of materials from vendors that we chose (e. g. ironwork and banisters).. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick to others seeking to build homes or undertake major building renovations in the NJ area.

An excellent contractor who works extremely hard to make the customer happy. He has great ideas when it comes to building and craftsmanship. He does his work with expertise and is also timely. He is a happy person which in my experience makes for a better worker and a better experience for the home owner. I would recommend him to anyone.
