Wanted to take a minute and thank Dan and his employees that just finished up a job at our house. These guys pay attention to detail... They did everything they said they were going to do and MORE. I have worked with good and bad contractors, Dyson is the best. period. I have more projects and they will get all my work. When you find someone at this level you make sure you don't lose them. Some contractors like to sell projects, these guys like building them.

Dan Dyson and his professional team completely remodeled our upstairs bathroom and did an amazing job. He and his employees are all dedicated, hard working, dependable, detailed oriented, friendly and easy to work with. We were so impressed with the finished bathroom we employed Dan and his team to enlarge our family room opening and install hard wood floors. As always, everything was perfect and beautifully done. Without hesitation, we would definitely use Dan Dyson Construction for any future remodeling projects.

Dan Dyson and his professional crew have been our "GO TO" remodeler company for the past 20 years! Dan has only the top remodelers working for him, fine craftsmen who are meticuloous about every detail. We are always amazed at their expertise, throughtful ideas, and guidance with every project he and his company have completed for us. He has remodeled our bathrooms, master bath rooms, kitchens including hardwood flooring, granite counter tops and reconfiguring our exhisting cabinets so as to make a better flowing floor plan. Now they are near completion of a total basement addition of a large family room, a custom kitchen and a full bath!! We could not be more delighted with the final results and would recommend him highy!!

We are extremely pleased with our fully designed and remodeled kitchen, can lights, pendant mountings, great room fan, and chandelier light mountings. We are also pleased with fireplace tile, marble and quartz counters, and backsplash. The laminate flooring over existing tile came out excellent.

Dan transformed our outdated master bath into what we always wanted. His team of workers were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We plan on working with Dan on future projects. Highly recommended!

Dyson Construction has recently completed several projects for me - including complete design and renovation of our new kitchen; installation of a new stone fireplace in our great room; the addition of a den area in our great room and the complete renovation of our master bath. All projects were completed on time and within budget and the workmanship was outstanding!! Very pleasurable experience. One of the best experiences with them is their trustworthiness - we gave them our access code to the house and they worked unsupervised much of the time and NEVER did I have to worry about the security of my home... VERY trustworthy company!!

Remodeled the entire front of my home including new front door, porch and walkway, new stone work and shake siding (white house is before, brown house is after). Very professional, provides suggestions and reasonable/fair prices. Hires workers who take pride in their work and do the work in a timely manner. Dyson Construction has also done other work in my house including kitchen, bathrooms, family room and made two bedrooms into one with a walk in closet.

Presently doing our master bath remodel. Very easy to work with. So far doing excellent work which is saying something as my husband has done all our remodel work and hates having anyone come in and do the work as he is a perfectionist. Very friendly crew and very neat.

I have known Dan for years and Dyson Construction LLC has done a great job on numerous projects for my company and me. He built a 10k sq. foot office building in 2008, has done many improvements at several of my rental properties, and most recently helped me rebuild my house after a fire, which also included a 2k sq. foot addition. Dan has also made several design recommendations along the way which have enhanced my projects. Him and his team are very honest, hardworking, dependable, and stand behind their craftsmanship. Dan is a person I can trust to get the job done right the first time, which is a tremendous comfort after having worked with other builders in the past.

Dan and his team did a tremendous job on the reconstruction of our bathroom. They put in new wood cabinetry, a large glass-enclosed shower complete with a tile pattern, and tile flooring. Not only did they demonstrate excellent craftmanship, but they were able to bring ideas that helped enhance the overall design. They were extremely easy to work with in terms of scheduling and were very respectful of our time. They also cleaned up every night and didn't leave the rest of the house a mess. I would highly recommend Dyson Construction.

Dan Dyson and his business have served us several times over the last 8 years. We have had our basement floors replaced after water damage...a complete kitchen remodel...other small household renovations.
