We can not say enough good things about Mike and Eastside Property Solutions! We had a kitchen remodel completed in the spring of 2022 and Kyle and his team did an outstanding job. Their professionalism, attention to detail and competence were incredible. Not only did the team do an amazing job, but each team member was warm, friendly and engaging. We truly looked forward to the days when they were working in our home. We were so happy with the team and their work that we have another project slated with them and have recommended Mike and Eastside Properties to our friends for their home remodel needs.

Mike and his crew did a complete remodel of my master bedroom and bath. I’ve used them multiple times if they have always done an outstanding job. It didn’t matter if it was a residential project or a complete tenant improvement on an office space. These guys should be your go to contractor. They’re honest, dedicated and friendly. The quality of work is exceptional and they get it done on time.

We just finished a large home remodel project and I need to tell you what an amazing contractor we have. I say 'have' because there are a couple more small projects to finish up next month and frankly, when you find people this good at their craft and customer service, your 'someday' project list becomes a reality. We chose Eastside Property Solutions because of their reasonable estimate and their reputation. Mike Carmona and his team are highly involved in our community and I honestly can't believe I hadn't met them before. We moved our laundry upstairs, constructed a new laundry room, opened up and redesigned the entire kitchen, remodeled our bathrooms and floors. This was a complex project, but it ran very smoothly with Mike's management. All of his employees are wonderful to work with and clearly enjoy their craft. They are exceptional at everything they do! As if that was not enough, my kids know Mike, Kyle, Von and B by name. They listened to my boys' stories, answered their hundreds of questions and let them help fold up drop cloths at the end of the day. We are very happy with the craftsmanship of everything they did in our home. You can tell they take pride in their work. The customer service is top notch. They let you know what time they will arrive, what they plan on working on and then that actually happens! Invoices were detailed, outlined what they did on which days so it was easy to scan and confirm everything. Each of them are so incredibly respectful of you and your home. They use drop cloths or take their shoes off, they close the front door when they come in and out, they're mindful of pets and as I've already mentioned so nice to my kids. Choosing EPS to manage our remodel was the best decision! We will not hesitate to contact them for future projects.

Mike and his crew did a great job helping with the drywall aspect of a master bath remodel. He was very prompt and courteous and went out of his way to help keep our project on schedule.

Hired Mike and his crew to refinish/repair our 600 SF deck and 120 SF dock. The finished work was well done, on time, and on budget. Super professional and friendly. Planning on hiring EPS again in the future.

Mike always responds quickly. In the planning stage he gave me a few tips about brands and vendors I should look at to get the quality I wanted within a reasonable budget allowing me to be my own designer. Kyle, EPS’s main carpenter was great to work with. A couple of my requests required a little more work to accomplish but his attention to detail made the finished project look and function just as I envisioned. It can take a little time to get on the schedule but was well worth the wait.

Eastside Property Solutions has been great to work with. We have hired them for small projects (like door replacement, creating media shelving) and larger jobs (deck replacement and remodeling a basement). Mike and his crew are experienced, efficient, professional and friendly.
