Charles and his team were terrific from start to finish. Our apartment needed a near gut renovation - new floors, kitchen and bathroom as well as a good bit of electrical work - and everything came out great. Admittedly, this was all new for me and my wife as this was the first home we've purchased; Charles was patient in walking us through what could have otherwise been a very stressful time. He and his team were in constant communication with us during the project and were always polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Charles and his crew did a wonderful job renovating our kitchen and bathroom. They were in constant communication. They paid incredible attention to detail. Charles dealt with our complicated co-op rules with incredible patience. Charles also required perfection from his subcontractors which is so appreciated.

Charles Lopez [EclipticNow, LLC] completed a partial upgrade of the small kitchen in my apartment. It included stone counter-top installation, plumbing work to install a new sink, and new tiled backsplash and other minor work associated with the new countertop installation. In my exchanges with Charles I appreciated his knowledge and intelligence, his relevant re-modeling experience and construction advice, his demonstration of engaged and capable managerial skills, and his respectful client empathy through clear and open communication. His crew were highly skilled, with pride and proven care evident in their work. Charles was very reliable. He provided and kept to his verbal scope-of-work commitments. He followed through on time and work commitments and ensured others did also. Throughout, he acted with a clear sense of "proxy-ownership" of the project, taking personal responsibility for decisions and actions, and was completely on top of what was going on and where the work stood at all times. This careful work-quality supervision resulted in excellent advanced anticipation of any potential problems. He provided good suggestions to any issues that emerged during the upgrade work, and was flexible and helpful in accommodating reasonable on-the-job changes as the work progressed. Impressively, the project was on-time and on-budget for the timeline and costs he quoted. In doing the work, he showed an accommodating respect for my apartment, and also respected and protected the co-op building public space. I have been very pleased with the end results on this re-model and would strongly recommend EclipticNow Renovators.
