ecoInstallations did a fantastic job renovating our condo. Pete is always responsive, respectful and patient. The work was on schedule and on budget. We highly recommend him.

Eco Installations completed a major job on our house this past summer. We gave them a tight timeline -- with a baby coming in August. And they made it all happen. Pete, the general contractor, was a thorough pro and a great guy. He sent us detailed progress reports every week, and sometimes more often than that. When we were behind schedule on making decisions, Pete gently kept us moving. He went above and beyond multiple times, like when he insisted on cleaning up a sewage issue that had nothing to do with the work -- a DC water back-up -- and he paid for most of the bill for the after-hours plumber. His crew was excellent. The guys were super nice and good sports about working around the pre-baby chaos. We were luck to land Eco Installations. I can't recommend them enough -- A+ all the way.

Eco-installation just finished renovating the basement of our house in Mount Pleasant. Their work was just excellent from beginning to end. First, the price was substantially more reasonable than other companies. Second, Pete (the general contractor) had an extremely detailed plan, got all the permits and dealt with the inspections, and gave excellent suggestions. Third, all the staff and collaborators of Eco-installation were very efficient, always on time, responsive to our needs and very pleasant to work with. Fourth, the quality of the work was outstanding and well beyond our expectations; there were very few issues and they fixed them immediately to our full satisfaction. Finally, this is an excellent small company made of serious, professional and committed people, I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Eco Installations to do some renovations to the fixer-upper home we purchased late last year. We had no prior experience in home improvements and were very overwhelmed with the process. We were so lucky to work with Pete as he made things so much easier. We never felt that he was being dishonest or cutting corners at any point. He worked with us on many iterations of our plans and with our limited budget. Pete handled everything from permit to clean up and we were extremely pleased with the results. Our refinished floors, updated bathroom, and renovated basement all look great and we are confident that the work was done well. We especially loved that Pete helped us incorporate eco-friendly practices into our renovation. We will absolutely use Pete again for future projects.
