Korey and his team did an outstanding job on our home renovations. We had a substantial project that involved both renovating our existing kitchen and building an in-law suite addition. From start to finish, Korey’s craftsmanship was top-tier. He focuses on doing things the right way to ensure quality that lasts. While discussing the scope before hiring, most contractors I spoke with repeatedly said, "Well, that will be tough." Korey, on the other hand, responded to each of our projects with, "We can definitely do that." His estimates were also right on par with the other quotes we received. As the project progressed, we added more to the scope—replacing our existing siding to match the new addition and building a retaining wall for the driveway. Since we were living in the house for most of the construction, we especially appreciated how communicative Korey and his crew were, as well as how clean they kept the job site at the end of each day. The final results speak for themselves, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Korey!

Korey helped us open up some walls in our main living space, finished our basement - including a renovation of a full bath and also installing an egress window in our basement bedroom. Our home is on the older side (1960's) and he did a great job navigating the many unexpected challenges! He listened to us, helped us make decisions, and demonstrated great proficiency in the building construction business. We are pleased with our remodel and highly recommend Eppinette Construction.

We did a complete demo of our existing kitchen, removing soffits and putting in a 35' steel beam. Eppinette Construction was very professional with exceptional workmanship. Good management of the project - everything from coordinating sub-contractors to dealing with the engineers and permits. Korey made sure we were happy, followed through on details and we are confident everything was done right. They were a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend.

We hired Eppinette Construction to finish our basement which included a kitchenette (granite counter tops and built-in fridge), home theater, full bathroom (with shower including cutting of concrete for plumbing and new grinder pump), an office, custom onsite built cabinets and installation of a drop ceiling. His subcontractors were excellent. We chose Eppinette because of their outstanding reputation which was more than upheld. The owner, Korey Eppinette, performed the initial site visit, wrote up the contract and as promised was onsite for at least 80% of the time during construction. He and his crew were very prompt each day and would let us know in advance of the next days arrival time. Korey was easy to get in contact with throughout the construction as he gave us his cell phone number and would answer a text immediately or return a call ASAP. His budget for each part of the build was accurate and the overall price at the end was within a few dollars of the initial proposal (it only changed because of additions my wife and I made throughout the build). We placed a tight timeline on he and his crew and they finished exactly to the day of what they promised. We would definitely hire Eppinette Construction again!!

Korey's team used some existing rooms and added on for a lovely in-law suite. The project was done timely and smoothly. As with all projects, there were some bumps along the way, but all were handled quickly and with a lot of communication. We are so happy with the new piece to our home and so are our in laws. I used Eppinette Construction for the install of an egress window in my home's basement. It was my first experience using a contractor as I usually do the work myself but due to the scope of the project I sought professional help. I had estimates from a few companies but felt most comfortable going with Korey and his team. He gave me a variety of options walked me through the process. He and his crew were courteous and hard working. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Eppinette to friends and neighbors. Even the township inspector commented on the quality of workmanship.

Our work was done in a timely fashion and with professionalism. Korrey would suggest ideas that would enhance the appearance of our home, and wouldn't pressure into doing them. We would definatlely use them in the future for more improvements.

Complete Bathroom Remodel. Tore out everything down to the bare studs. Extremely helpful with the design making sure we were able to fit what we wanted into our small bathroom. Remodel was well organized, planned, fit our time schedule, and the crew communicated effectively and were responsive to our requests. Great Experience from all aspects and now we have a Great bathroom!

Mr. Eppinette and his crew deserve a score of 10 out of 10 for their remodeling of our bathroom. They were timely, polite, helpful in the planning of the bathroom, informed and informative as well as patient with our needs and working within the time frame they stated they would complete the job. I considered the price to be very fair for all the great work they performed and dealing with the surprises of an old house which they encountered. I would highly recommend this company for any work needed on a house. I found them through my father who had an attached two care garage built by Eppinette and crew. It turned out excellent as well.

Eppinette's Kory was one of several contractors we had listened to on finishing our raw basement. After meeting with him we knew right away that he would be our hire even prior to receiving a quote. He was professional, courteous, and easy-going. Their quote was fair, organized, and met our every need that was within budget. Eppinette took care of us on the job from start to finish. This included compliance with the township and our home owner's association. Everything that came up (very little did) was addressed professionally and quickly. Eppinette worked fast and CLEAN to finish our basement ahead of schedule. We had a finished ceiling, walls, electric, full bath, saniflow, sump repair, plumbing, and finishing done on our basement. We live in this space and we LOVE this space. Eppinette Construction was/is a great hire.
