I'm an interior designer, and I've worked with Asher Louk Construction on a large and small project, both with great results and satisfied clients. Asher has a wealth of full-service construction knowledge, runs a professional crew of skilled sub-contractors, and implements designs seamlessly, beautifully and of high quality. Our recent remodel together of a 4000 SF home for a client was multi-faceted; including but not limited to engineering a structural post removal, to exact placement of decorative tile. I could go on. Asher's bid process is itemized, and he's always available to answer any questions well in advance of you committing to use his services. Once on the project, any over-costs were due to unforeseen damage once walls were opened up, or items the client decided to add (example: sky-lights, some roof work). His change order and billing processes are timely and professional. To elaborate on his subs, they are pleasant, respectful, and clean. When you first look for a contractor you hear all these stories from friends and family about how a contractor can go over the bid or how they may not get the job done on time - but not Asher. He did over my bathroom and did a great and timely job! He pays attention to detail and really worked with me to help me figure out what I wanted. We hired Asher and his team for our bathroom remodel. This project involved installing a new bathtub with a separate shower stall, new tiling on the floor and walls, as well as a new vanity. Any concerns we had regarding the difficulties of contractors and remodeling jobs disappeared soon after the project began. Asher was very professional throughout the process, and was clear in his communication when any obstacles presented themselves that required further decisions. He was also very accommodating to our requests for additional adjustments and repairs. We were very satisfied with the results and absolutely love our new bathroom.

I have great respect for Asher as a general contractor. Asher and his team did the most amazing work on our house. From start to finish the team were available. Their quote was competitive and they undertook the project incredibly quickly and put their time line faster than our other quotes (and they stuck to it!) They were professional throughout but what stood out was their advice on the build which was really special. We have used the construction services of Louk Enterprises for several projects since purchasing our home 4 years ago. The recent project was detection and correction of major water leak from a balcony brought on by the recent winter storms. This involved replacing the sliding doors and completely redoing the decking to the subflooring, water sealing the area, replastering, repainting and repairing water damaged ceiling to the floor below, etc! The crewmen were always professional, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and kept us informed of any delays. We were very happy with the excellent result and will certainly use Louk Enterprises for any future work!
