Ivo and EHS do amazing work. We've used them for 10+ years to take an old house and make it feel new. He & his team are quality craftsmen and think through with us different options including thinking through the best value for the money. He took a disorganized porch with beams in the middle and created a wide open room while replacing the 50 year old windows with something that retained the character of the house. He completely renovated our kitchen which every visitor loves. And, he's done everything else from basement water control to AC to outdoor patio to painting and more. Every year we sign up for new things to do on the house, and he gets them done timely and in a quality fashion.

Ivo is more than a builder. He is a creative designer and an amazing builder. His attention to detail is amazing and his craftsmanship is beautiful. The ceilings alone leave people walking in shocked. The layout of the home is also so practical. He utilized all the space so well and gave the home an amazing backyard that flows so nicely from The home. Like an artist, ivo takes so much pride in his work and really spends fine to understand his customer to ensure our needs are met. My dream for this house were exceeded and I see it with all the remarks I get from the many guests. I would absolutely have him build my next home.

Excellent quality of work and will stand behind the job they do. Easy to work with, estimates are clear upfront. Seems like we finally found an honest builder who treated my home like they would their own!. Pricing is slightly higher than average but you get what you pay for and it done right the first time.

This company has done 4 homes for me that were demolition and new construction. They took care of all aspects of the build starting with the demolition.

Ivo Petrov was involved in the original construction of our home 13 years ago. Since then, he has gone into business for himself and has been instrumental in maintaining the house. He has done projects of every magnitude from fairly minor repairs to a major rebuild to correct damage caused by a leak. In every instance, I am always confident that EHS will do a good job within budget and in a timely fashion.
