I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. It was so refreshing to work with people that go out of their way to make sure you are happy! Chris was extremely patient and knowledgeable with not only the product but with style aspects. He made sure that our product and color choice matched what we wanted AND the style of our home decor. With dogs and kids we really wanted something easy to clean and did not want wood, grout, or shiny concrete. We went with the Microtopping and couldn't be happier. Our Microtopping floors are modern but still feel warm. I love not having grout! The pictures show just how beautiful the natural marks in the floor really are!
