Working with Plenium Builders has been a wonderful experience, despite challenges due to CoVid-19. Our project manager stayed on top of the details and communicated all pertinent information. We realized our high rise remodel would have its own set of challenges with our HOA, that said, they were quick to resolve all issues and concerns. In addition, they were mindful of the budget, while giving me various options as needed. Our superintendent’s attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding, along with the daily cleanliness of the area. Plenium Builders listens, communicates dates and timelines effectively and takes great pride in their work. They are professional, honest and trustworthy. I wish there were more than 5 stars available to rank Dianda Construction!! Dianda construction took a tired looking 3-story condo at the Montage in Downtown Reno and created our dream home!!! Everyone from Dianda construction is highly professional, service dedicated and experts in their field. Our project was a top-to-bottom complete remodel and the beyond successful outcome would not have happened had it no been for Dianda Construction!! Craig Swindells, the Superintendent for our project, treated the remodel as though it was his own home being created and looked out for us every step of the way. Dianda Construction is, without a doubt, the best Construction company in all of Northern NV...and probably in the country!!

We needed a contractor to do a small remodel on our Lake Tahoe Home. We selected Dianda Construction because of our past experience with this company. Just five years ago Dianda built us a 3300 square foot home in Reno, Nevada. We are very pleased with the outcome of our remodel . Dianda made an excellent recommendation for an architect and they worked well as a team to come up with with a design that was both creative and functional. The main part of our project was improving accessibility to our family lake home so we don't have to navigate stairs. This involved creating a new master bedroom, closet and accessible bathroom in the downstairs portion of the house. Additionally, there were a number of updates we requested to modernize the house and Dianda made suggestions and implemented them. Some of these were lighting, hardware, rebuilding the deck, refinishing woodwork and painting. The house feels like it's ready for the next 20 years. Not only was the quality good, and the experience great, but the project was kept within the original budget and schedule and Dianda kept us updated each step of the way.

Their listening, their ingenuity and their technical expertise enhanced the creative “thinking out of the box”, that was needed for this job. They took the time and thought to work out the details and solve the problems.

Dianda Construction handled the leasehold improvements and betterments for LP Insurance during 2013 and into the first quarter of 2014. It was a significant improvement involving multiple trades, 20,000 square feet of building space and all undertaken inside a building originally constructed in the late 1960's. We were absolutely thrilled with the "on schedule" completion. Most importantly the "call backs" with almost non-existent. With Dianda, a completed project is truly "one and done."

We have worked with Dianda on a couple different projects in both Reno and Tahoe. The team is well organized easy to communicate with.

Best decision we ever made was hiring Dianda Construction for our down-to-the-studs remodel. They worked well with our Designer, Architect, Lighting persons and Decorators and that is a feat in of itself. The last thing you need when you undertake a multi-million dollar project is to have to act as a referee. In the end we saved money because of Dianda’s insights and when other folks assisting on the project requested items that were impractical. The follow-up service after we moved-in was impeccable and they were there whenever they were called. Fortunately, the build was of such high quality, we had very few issues and they were all pretty minor. Hiring a builder/general contractor is a very important decision and one most of us choose without enough due-diligence. In our case Dianda and all of their folks made our home beautiful and the project a delightful experience. I know very few folks who can say that. But we are one of those lucky people.
