Worst service. Never showed up at the scheduled time. When called them, simply said that they forgot. Won't recommend to anyone. Stay away.

We needed our entire roof replaced and wanted to add a solar powered attic fan. The entire experience was very professional and easy from beginning to end with great communication in between and a follow-up or two afterwards. I had gotten three different estimates and all of them were about the same. I ended up going with EZ Management as I appreciated Michael Fann taking the time to sit and talk with us and answer all of our questions (some twice). I appreciated that this was not a pressure sales tactic. We received a detailed estimate of the work to be done, including specific materials. He and his crew were always on time, answered the phone, and/or returned calls promptly. The work was done in the estimated amount of time. There were a lot of rainy days which may have delayed the time estimated to complete our roof, but Mike kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on. The roof took one day and the crew was very courteous, began and ended on time, and was very respectful of our home, cleaning up everything when completed. I have already recommended them to a neighbor or two and will definitely contact them for future home improvements.
