Summary: Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with! He stepped in to save a project that had gone awry under a different contractor. He was my home renovation savior! The full story: I was living through the nightmare scenario that you always hear about - my previous contractor started sending me bills higher than the estimate, completely blew past deadlines, and eventually just stopped showing up for work and left everything only partially completed. I was really nervous about hiring another contractor, but I needed someone to come finish the project since my bathroom literally wasn't functional. Neither the shower nor the toilet had running water and the tile work was only half done. So, I took a risk and reached out to Facelift Design & Remodel. I was worried that no one would be willing to pick up in the middle of someone else's work and I was worried about getting stiffed again. Justin came in and was such a nice guy and addressed all my concerns. It felt as comfortable as hiring a friend or family member. Not only did Justin finish the project on-time and within budget, he was able to spot mistakes that the previous contractor had made and corrected them for free. I really appreciated that Justin took pride in his work and stayed late to make sure that every detail was perfect. I'm sure Justin always does top notch work, but I could tell he really wanted to make things right given how the previous contractor had treated me. He cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable in addition to ensuring the project was success. As a single woman with minimal homeowner experience, I feel really lucky to have found Facelift Design & Remodel. I felt very safe with Justin being in my home and he never made me feel stupid for asking questions. I almost wish I had more work available so I could hire him again! Justin will be my go-to guy for any needs in my home in the future. Seriously, I can't say enough what a trustworthy and reliable contractor Justin is.

Facelift did a kitchen and basement remodel for us. They did an absolute amazing job, and really went above and beyond to exceed all of our expectations!! Highly recommend using Facelift for all your construction needs!
