Superb construction company. Great to work with. We have used Falcon Construction for many, many projects and all have been performed to perfection.

For months I struggled with a seemingly impossible plumbing problem… until Kaz and the equally amazing KJ showed up and went to work with their remarkable team… seamlessly, they insulated the house against dust and debris, and on time tore out the awful cracked lead pipes and replaced floor and wall and painted everything perfectly I would never consider anyone else to take care of such problems, and have such responsible and intelligent people on the job!!

Kaz and his team are absolutely the best. True craftspeople, who put their all into getting to a perfect result. There were no surprises and no problems — communication was perfect, and responsiveness and creativity in addressing the many unexpected issues that can come up with an old home left us so happy. Falcon is like no other contractor and we will never use anyone else.

Falcon handled the gut-renovation of our 5-story historic townhouse. The project's challenges included major engineering and structural hurdles; historic preservation and permitting constraints; an urban location w/little room for parking or dumpster; and a welter of stakeholders, from historic preservation authorities to a condo association, plus clients and architects. They approached it all with competence, an eye for quality, and a strong knowledge base, working harmoniously with everyone involved even when inevitable glitches or miscommunications arose and, in the pandemic, delays and supply chain snags emerged. From large and grubby tasks like moving beams, digging ramps, and installing an elevator, to fine details like switchplates, cabinet knobs and building an elegant modern staircase, their perfectionism drove every result. In fact, there was nothing they wouldn't fix, tweak or redo, when needed. Mostly, they got things right the first time. Kaz, the founder, pays meticulous attention to his projects and takes on only as many as he can visit daily. He has great ideas, and responded quickly to questions, texts, and emails. We came to rely on Falcon's opinions and advice. Their staff and subcontractor relationships are longstanding, and the foreman for our job, who has been with the company more than a decade, ran a tight ship and - in a sign of his good management - a tidy and organized work site. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Falcon Construction. Kaz and his team are a pleasure to work with, and we always felt they cared as much about our home as we did. They pay attention to detail, have great ideas, and deliver a beautiful final product. They did a total house renovation for us and we love every square inch of it.

Excellent service. Workmen were terrific. Daily cleanup was the norm. When things went wrong they bent over backwards to make it right. Finished job on-time (early actually) and on budget. Would definitely hire again.

Falcon has done several projects for us, including a bathroom gut and remodel, interior and exterior painting, repairs after damage to roof and ceiling, and upgrades to wiring (we live in a very old house) among other things. Their work is of the highest quality. Kaz's staff are extremely courteous and professional and keep the worksite immaculate. Whenever a minor problem has arisen, Kaz has been extremely responsive and has remedied situation immediately (and problems are quite rare with Kaz.) Work has consistently been done on schedule and on budget. We hope to hire them to gut and remake our guest house in the near future.

Falcon completely renovated our town house from 1880. The house had to be completely rebuilt (electricity, structural improvements, layout modifications, new kitchen & bathrooms, new heating and cooling system, …). We had to deal with numerous surprises that were properly addressed. Kaz, the owner, is reliable and eager to deliver great quality products. One of their great strength is their cabinet workshop and their ability to design beautiful cabinets and built-ins … They are able to find creative solutions that would meet the end goal when saving some costs. We highly recommend them.

Falcon Construction provided superior work on every aspect of our project. Kaz (the owner of the company) was on site daily and very responsive to our texts, emails, and phone calls. His staff are all talented craftsmen who take pride in their work. The entire project exceeded our expectations during the construction process and continues to do so now, two years after move-in.
