I hired Florencio and FG construction to remodel the exterior of my house which included putting in a new driveway, building a garden wall, installing artificial grass and building five gates. Throughout the entire process, Florencio struggled in a number of areas, but most notably in timing and quality. The entire project took two to three times longer than promised and there was no reason for the delay beyond Florencio’s failure to commit to the timeline. There were many days and weeks when no one from FG construction would show up even though all of the necessary materials were onsite. There was also little to no communication from Florencio and FG Construction on the reason for delays and estimates to complete. Regarding quality, I found the quality of the work to be ok to poor. As an example, the five gates built and installed do no work. Florencio and FG construction failed to measure the doors correctly and didn’t seal them properly. I have pointed out to Florencio and he is unwilling to repair. Unfortunately, I paid him in full and he is gone. I’d avoid Florencio and FG Construction.
