We recently remodeled the back part of our house with Fidelity General Contractors. We updated the large living room and put in a new bedroom, walk-through closet hallway, and bathroom (see before and after photos). I literally cannot recommend them enough. We have worked with a number of contractors before, and none of them can compare. Karen is everything that you would want in a contractor. She gave us regular updates on the process from the permits through final inspection. She was always available to text or chat if we had questions or concerns. She handled all issues and concerns as they arose so that we did not have to, which as a new mother with a baby, I truly appreciated. She helped us with design choices as well - once sitting with us for over an hour to choose tiles since we couldn’t decide :). She advocated for us, taking into consideration our budgetary concerns and also inspecting the work to make sure all the tiny details were taken care of. The entire team worked tirelessly to finish the project in the exact time frame that they had told us (they were even able to start early). We are so happy with the quality of work now that the project is complete. I can say with 100% certainty that I will work with Fidelity again for all of my future home projects.

We remodeled our two bathrooms with Fidelity this year and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve heard so many horror stories about contractors that I feel truly lucky to have found Karen and her team. Just for context our project was to transform 1/2 bathroom into a full bathroom - which included a big construction, permits, etc. And we took the opportunity to remodel our second bathroom to give it a nice modern look. We had met a few other contractors and they all seemed to be order takers. From the moment I met Karen, it was different. Thanks to her background and knowledge she went above and beyond to guide me and was a real consultant recommending options and explaining the process in detail. During the course of the project she was always there for me, the communication was great and the held my hand during the entire project, including the handling of permits, searching for materials and hardware and even choosing the right paint! Furthermore, the final product is top notch! I am very satisfied with the way my bathrooms look now. The look, the quality and the design is amazing and reflects our style. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone interested in starting a big house remodeling project.

Fantastic Team of guys! Just completed renovation of a bathroom and a kitchen for us. Ive been so happy with their attitude & workmanship. The job entailed many details such as structural, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling and etc.. They handled all the details in an exemplary manner and overcame every obstacle with a calm & positive attitude - I'm very pleased. All the guys arrived on time, kept our place tidy and clean throughout the entire process. The team were always respectful and even looked after my dog when we were at work. We highly recommend giving fidelity GC a chance for your business.

Finally have two amazing bathrooms. Both were in desperate need of updating. I shopped around for a few contractors and decided to work with Fidelity General Contractors. Owner and his people are very easy to work and negotiate with. Both projects were done in a timely manner and bathrooms came out amazing. Still trying to get used to the fact that these are my bathrooms. Highly recommend Fidelity General Contractors and will most definitely use them again when I update the rest of my home.

We had a major remodeling project of our 3,000 sq ft / 4 bedroom house in Los Angeles, CA (Taking walls down, moving plumbing, putting windows in, taking windows and doors out, putting wood floors in, removing texture from the walls, etc.). Ben and his team did a fantastic job! The work was done with high quality. Following the final walkthrough, Ben made sure to complete anything that was outstanding (just some minor items). Highly recommend working with this firm.

My husband and I contracted with Sam at Fidelity General to remodel one of our bathrooms. We chose them because their quote was very reasonable and Sam was very professional and knowledgeable when he provided the estimate. When the job was done, we couldn’t be happier. We had a tile floor and a beautiful vanity installed. Our new bathroom looks great! All of the workers from Fidelity were courteous, punctual and professional. Without exception, each one completed their portion of the remodel perfectly. Sam was always in touch with us, keeping us advised of each day’s scheduling. We were so pleased we used Sam and Fidelity.

I recently had both my kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Fidelity General Contractors. From the first time I contacted them (via Angie's List) for a quote, they responded quickly, and were very friendly. The project manager was great. The minute she walked into my kitchen she could envision just what I wanted. (I have a small 1949 kitchen, but couldn't afford to enlarge the house to enlarge the kitchen. I had to work with the space I had.) I needed the project finished by a certain date (since we were going on a vacation for Spring Break) and despite the original project being just the kitchen, they were able to add the bathroom remodel, flooring, earthquake retrofitting, rain gutters, AND painting (the last few jobs were their outside contractors - all prompt and wonderful) and finished them all by my deadline! They were always immediately responsive to my requests to make sure it was just as we wanted. I would definitely recommend them, and I plan on using them again when I decide to do my outdoor patio area!

I highly recommend working with Fidelity General Contractors. Our project involved a complete kitchen remodel, the removal of a load-bearing wall, the installation of new floors throughout our house, complete electrical rewiring, and numerous other upgrades to our 1950s era house. They transformed our home into a gorgeous modern space. My dingy and ancient kitchen is now absolutely beautiful, and I love cooking in it! I was continually impressed by the efficiency and high quality of their work. The project was completed on schedule in spite of a number of unforeseen difficulties along the way. Workers came on time and were also very polite and courteous. Whenever I requested any changes, touch-ups, or adjustments they returned almost immediately to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I also really appreciated all the guidance they offered in making design choices through the course of the project. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with them, and would definitely hire Fidelity GC again for future projects!
