We hired Fiorello buillders to do a remodel of kitchen initially and then subsequently used them to replace back porch and build pergola. The team were always punctual, professional and did great work. Al was helpful in providing suggestions regarding the building project and was also able to work within our budget. I would highly recommend these builders.

Most recent job included the instillation of a new back door and replacement of several Marvin windows. I have been using Fiorillo Builders for the last 8 years. Originally, recommended by my realtor. They have fixed a ongoing roof leak that many previous contractors could not fix. Remains leak free after five years. Replaced cedar siding. Installed security system cameras. Built retaining wall. Built custom cabinet doors for existing built in shelf units. Replaced damaged red oak custom trim on wall and bar. Built storage cabinets in walk in attic and bedrooms. Replaced ceiling fans in vaulted living room and dining room. Replaced bathroom ventilation fans and light fixtures. Repaired beech hardwood floor. Installed flat screen television and smaller TV monitor screen for security system. Hung screening on outside cedar siding to deter woodpeckers. Replaced with same four years later, after repainting. New locks and deadbolts, installed. Downspouts extended underground away from house. Replaced rain gutter. Fixed trex deck after meter replacement. Have also brought excellent contractors to do work. Such as plumber and soil excavator and tree surgeon. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them. All work is of excellent quality. On budget. On time. l

Mr. Fiorillo was prompt to provide an estimate for repairs to our house before we put it on the market for sale. He was polite, respectful, performed all repairs with utmost care and craftsmanship. His cost was not the cheapest but the quality of his work was worth the additional cost. We would hire him again.

Al and his team built a lovely bathroom for me out of a tiny bathroom and a closet. We achieved a clean designer look with mostly very common materials and just a few high end-touches, so it was affordable--and the whole thing was completed, from demolition to my first shower--in just 3 weeks. Al excels at using common, inexpensive and easy-to-find materials to create very elegant results that look and feel deluxe.
