My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am a hard grader when it comes to contractors, having done a lot of projects on our home. And I only write reviews when I have very strong opinions. With that said, I give Jared Wainscott and Fit Build Construction very high marks. Fit Build recently completed an extensive remodel of our primary bathroom and two secondary bathrooms. The results are breathtaking. Fit Build uniquely combines high quality and competitive pricing, making them, I feel, best of breed in home remodeling. They communicate well, there are no surprises, they are very timely, and there is a high focus on service and flexibility. I was especially impressed by two things: they were onsite making progress each day, and their housekeeping was good. And importantly, these values have been impressed upon their subcontractors, making the end-to-end process positive. Let’s face it, remodeling can be stressful, having a bunch of contractors coming into and out of your house each day. Fit Build’s approach minimizes that stress and leaves you feeling wonderful at the end.

I've used Fit Build for two medium-large sized jobs in the past two years. One was a concrete front porch demo and rebuild (with concrete demo, columns/framing, new concrete), and the other was tearing a detached garage down to the studs and fully rebuilding it as a semi-finished space (including electrical, new roof, siding, paint, and a deck). I could not be happier with the work or with the process. Jared worked with me to finalize the vision for each job, and was responsive and communicative throughout. Jared and the crews were knowledgable, coordinated (i.e. there were lots of handoffs and staging between framing, electrical, insulation, roofing, etc...), respectful, and do high quality work - including attention to all kinds of details I wouldn't have caught/noticed. Overall the projects were completed quickly, within budget, and with a final product that is exactly what was envisioned. I've used a lot of general contractors over the years on three different homes, not to mention a bevy of plumbers, electricians, roofers, and handymen. These guys are among the best I've worked with, and will definitely be my "go to" for upcoming projects.

These guys are amazing. They will definitely be my go-to for any home repair needs. The work they did was great quality with attention to detail. Not only that, but in the original estimate there was a bid for something specific that was custom and when it didn’t cost as much as anticipated, they actually credited me almost $1k. Talk about integrity. They worked with our schedule and were always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

Jared and his crew did an incredible job and went above and beyond for our home. We initially had planned a small bathroom remodel but as the project grew, he was more than accommodating with the increased scope of work. He was always responsive and patient, and made time for any questions and concerns we had over the course of the project. I couldn't more highly recommend FitBuild and would love the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
