Forma Builders came to my townhome in Pacific Beach right after a rainstorm. We had leaks coming from the roof and through vents in the house. They should up and patched everything within 4 hours and I haven't had a problem since. It was nice to have an honest and fair priced company get a job done so quickly. I also waited to leave this review to make sure that my leaks didn't come back.
