My company has been doing environmental testing and consulting for Foster Construction for the better part of a decade, in locations throughout Colorado. In that time, I've seen first-hand the superior quality of work they do - beautiful to say the least. As important, my experiences with everyone there, from Brad and Shaun to every person I've come to meet with the company has been so nice, professional, timely, and easy to communicate with. Overall, my experience with Foster Construction has been wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone considering them for their services.

I finished up a project with Foster Construction last year and it was a pleasure working with them. As an interior designer I work with a lot of contractors so I can spot the good ones a mile away. They are great with clients, thorough in their cost estimations, and can stick to a schedule. They were also good communicators and I kept everyone informed of the next steps so we could come prepared to every meeting. And the clients love their house!

We lived overseas for the past 6 years, and when we decided to move back to our 20+ years old house, we decided to do some major renovation. We had quotes from multiple contractors, and we found the Foster's estimate to be the most detailed and that was a major reason for selecting Foster's. We were planning our return trip to coincide with the move-in date so schedule was important to us. It turned out, the estimate in term of cost and schedule was pretty much on the mark. We were overseas while the project was in progress, and they were able to communicate to us about the status of the project and a few unexpected issues in an effective manner. When we came back and had a chance to look at the house, we were impressed with the quality of the works. The project areas looked new and cleaned beyond our expectation. We were able to move straight in without any additional hassle on our part. Any minor issues we found with the house were always taken care of to our satisfaction. They are always helpful and willing to assist in any matters regarding the house, even if these matters were not directly related to the project. Beyond the technical and project competences, what impressed us was their sensitives to us, as the home owner. We feel that they take pride in the work that they do, and that they strongly wish that their clients have a good place to call home.

I would highly recommend Foster Construction. They are very professional and my entire remodel was managed like a scheduled project. This is my 3rd remodel over the years at various properties and this is the only one that completed on time as estimated and promised. Shaun and Brad were very easy to work with and our communications during the project was direct and factual. We worked well as a team and they delivered a far superior remodel that exceeded all expectations.

It's a pleasure to work as a sub-contractor on a Foster Construction project. Sean and Brad and very experienced, professional, thorough, possess excellent attention to detail and produce a high quality finished product. I can always get my questions answered in a timely manner and they are always prepared for our phase of work. Last fall ('15) were were caught up short on a condominium renovation when we started late and our designer/contractor vanished. Foster heard of this and reached out to us. In short order, they had listened carefully to our needs and presented one of the best and professional proposals and cost breakdown I've ever seen (I'm a licensed engineer with experience in program management, FYI). The proposal was spot on and they started work as soon as we vacated the unit. Their excellent work was done on schedule and within cost. The workmanship is impressive. They also have an excellent network in the Vail area for procuring materials and items. They're an impressive company and we will definitely use them for the next round of work.

We selected Foster Construction to do the interior renovation of our condominium in Colorado because of the quality work they had done on the exterior reconstruction of our entire condominium complex the previous year. The project consisted of a complete rework of the living area, kitchen and the 3 bathrooms as well as all new paint, carpeting, tile and hardwood flooring. The project was divided into two parts: the design phase and the implementation phase. The output from the design phase was the following documentation: a very detailed scope of work, permit quality before and after drawings of the entire condominium, an implementation schedule and a detailed budget estimate. The management of the project was outstanding. Foster Construction finished the renovation on time and significantly under budget. Since we were in Dallas during the majority of the time the work was being performed, good communication was very important. I received weekly reports detailing the work that had been completed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Foster Construction and would not hesitate to use them again on any future renovation projects.
