We highly recommend Steve Fournier Custom Building! Every part of the process was smooth and enjoyable. Steve designed my dream home with just some vague guidance. His son, Lee, who was the project manager during the physical construction, was amazing and kept us updated during the entire build, which eased our minds since we did this from another state. Steve's wife, Carmela, was also extremely helpful during and after the build. They use only the best contractors, and every detail was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. The Fourniers are good people who have become dear friends.

The Fournier Family, Steve, Carmela, and Lee, are a wonderful building company to choose to build your dream home. They worked with us on the design as well as the construction of our house. Communication is key to a successful outcome in the building process. The Fourniers are exceptional communicators. Our neighbors approached us during the building and told us how respectful and courteous the subcontractors were and how clean they kept the building site. Once the house was completed the punch list and any small issue that we identified was attended to in a very timely manner. We have a beautiful home and consider Steve, Carmela, and Lee our dear friends.
