Every homeowner's absolute nightmare. The project manager for condo renovation is a very strong-minded person with his own opinion on what should/ should not be done at your unit, and disregards any comments or suggestions. He has no respect for the customer nor the designer, and does not seem to care about professional manners. When questioned about difference in the work done vs. original agreement, he would use any possible reason to get out of doing the agreed upon work. When asked about any addition to the existing scope of work, he would seize any opportunity to 'make up for the margin loss in the original quote'. Horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone I know. I had to write this review as I am deeply concerned for any future customers who may choose them by mistake.

In the past few years, we worked with futureliving for doing the renovations. They have professional team with excellent service and good time management.

We had a "down to the studs:" renovation that required us to move ourselves and furnishing out of the apartment for three months. The project was managed by Farnood Ghafni and was completed on time and on budge. We were very happy with the whole process from explaining how the stages of the renovation would be handled to the designer, David Christopher, visiting the apartment and creating suggestions on materials and colors to Farnood excellent communication skills as we moved through the process to completion. After two years we still love what Future Living created in our apartment and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

After interviewing and researching renovation/development companies and obtaining quotes we decided to contract Future Living for our condo renovation in Vancouver’s West End and we are glad we did. The final result is stunning and is exactly the type of space to suit our urban living lifestyle! We started out with a great plan by Pomegranate Design and Future Living made it come to life in every detail. Our project manager, Farnood Ghaffari, was great it keeping us informed every step of the way. We appreciated the attention to detail and being involved in the process. The quality of workmanship was top notch and any issue that came up was promptly addressed to our satisfaction. There are always issues that arise with renovations, where you may be surprised by what is behind a wall or you may have issues with old buildings but Future Living helped us to adapt to these unexpected and still created a beautiful finished product. From deconstruction to final walk through the space was kept in pristine condition and Future Living worked well with our strata council, making friends along the way. Highly professional, skilled and outstanding in every way, I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to do another project with them in the future. I contracted Kia and the Future Living team back in 2010 as they came well referred by a friend of mine who was very satisfied with the work they did at her apartment. Future living's performance was outstanding, their client focus culture and their attention to detail was simply overwhelming. Future living's team takes care of everything, from design, to costing, to project and construction management to decoration. A one stop company for my construction and renovation needs.

After interviewing over 6 six contractors, I was introduced to Farnood Ghaffari and the future living team. I felt that it was the best decision that we made to have the future living team handle our renovation. The budget was kept in check, the quality of work was fantastic, and their communication throughout the build was greatly appreciated. Farnood identified issues prior to them becoming problems and were able to have renovation completed in a timely manner.
