Quality workmanship. Dave has done several custom jobs for myself and my clients and I highly recommend him and his work. Very responsive, timely and conscientious and detail oriented. I asked Dave to come in to look at a complete to the studs kitchen remodel. Whole project took almost exactly two months. Would have been completed sooner except for a hold up in our rangetop arriving, and extra time i needed to figure out a backsplash that would work after the counters went in. The best thing I can say about working with Dave is that he is very thorough and pays attention to lots of details. Alot of time was spent re measuring everything constantly to make sure all the fits looked right. I was able to bee home during the whole process, so we were always able to discuss anything that came up, so we never had any times where something had to be re done. Dave is very open to communication like that, he doesn't just assume something for the client. Also, I really liked how he handled job over run. Instead of a change order for every single thing got changed along the way, he charged for the extra days needed to complete those changes, and kept me informed as to where we were with billing. He uses his own crew for the majority of the work. the only subs we had on my job were for plumbing and electrical. And those two subs did a great job as well. Dave is someone i completely trust working on my house, and if we do go ahead and add a second story there is no doubt he will be doing it.

Dave Wisotsky and his crew have done a wonderful job for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things construction, and takes pride in completing exceptional projects on time and within budget. I've used Dave a few times over the years, and each time I am impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile. Most recently, he built a custom deck for us in front of the house from conception to completion quicker than I expected. And the price was better than I budgeted for and we absolutely love it! Now that's a contractor!!! Highly recommended!
