Generations West

Major renovation of a 67 year old bungalow. 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, new plumbing and electric, new floors throughout, painted inside and out, all new appliances, new patio cover, new driveway gate with remote opening and more. Generations West was chosen above many others. They have proven expertise, taste, communication and follow though. Every detail was done with excellent results. Our home is a showplace and we are so grateful to Craig and his crew. Excellence beyond compare.

Really nice work, on time, flexible with some minor changes during the project and really good pricing. I would recommend and use them for our next remodeling project. Project included complete bathroom and master closet redo with custom cabinets counter tops flooring etc and sliding door removal with pony walls and picture window installation.

Basically I'm a one man operation doing finish work. I use Generations West to order my materials, mostly doors and trim. Great thing about them is their speedy delivery times. Usually the next morning. I just swing by the next day and pick it up at their facility. Also, I haven't found better prices anywhere local. Friendly personal to deal with makes it a win win for me.

We have worked with GW for over 5 years. A complete remodel of our newly purchased "old" home, including kitchen, baths, walls, ceilings, floor granite, all exterior sliders. Subsequently, additional projects included installation of a gas firebowl in the patio, interior sliding doors and reroofing. We are currently working on a new project--installation of a fireplace and enclosing a carport into a garage.

I first met Michelle with Generations West at the Home show at the Palm Springs Convention Center on November 20th, 2016. I was looking to remodel my kitchen with new cabinets and was looking for quotes. It started out wonderful and got better. Generations West made an appointment with me right away for the next Tuesday to come and measure. They showed up on time, took all the measurement and then emailed me a quote by the following Tuesday. I had changes and let them know so they adapted the plans. I had to come up with financing and wanted to check around for other quotes because you just don’t want to do one quote. Michelle at Generations West checked in with me every couple of weeks. Once I made my decision I gave them the check to get started and order the cabinets. Michelle said the cabinets would take about a month to make, they let me know around the 8th of February that they were going to come on 2/15/17 to demo the Kitchen, which they did, the cabinets were delivered on the 16th and then the next 3 work days they installed the Cabinets. They were on time, very professional, Roy was great, he was very meticulous and detail orientated. The cabinets are beautiful, everything I expected.

We have had several installations from Generations West. We highly recommend them. Their office staff are quite friendly, on top of things and very helpful with all our concerns. Their installation team were very professional, very timely, and did an amazing job.

We were initially introduced to Craig Blecka owner of Generations West through a friend when encountering an emergency due to heavy rains in the Palm Springs California area. They had previously used Craig to remodel their home and highly recommended him. Craig and his team were very responsive and communicative taking care of our problems and making it unnecessary for us to make a special trip to CA. What a relief. When it came time for us to remodel our CA home the key was having someone we could trust. So, without hesitation we contacted Craig.
