Choosing GNK Construction after interviewing several other contractors was the best decision we could have made. From the start, they listened carefully to what we wanted and never tried to push their own preferences. The design team helped shape our ideas into something even better, and the construction phase was well managed from beginning to end. What impressed us most was that the finished home reflects us and our lifestyle. It never felt like just another build but a project created around our needs.

I have a lot of experience with home renovations and with a design background (and a little OCD) - with all honesty, I'm a challenging client. I recently had the pleasure of working with GNK on my latest home addition and their team did an amazing job. This project involved multiple rooms, with very challenging design and structural elements and several job order changes mid-stream. Gil was a great partner in problem solving, was always available night and day for questions or concerns and delivered exactly what I was after. We stayed on time and on budget. This is the first contractor I will use again and I highly recommend Gil and his very capable and professional crew for all your remodeling and construction needs. 5 stars!!

We had our home renovated last year and we loved working with GNK. Gil made the process smooth and enjoyable. He always went out of his way to get us what we wanted and treated our home as if were his own. The workers were respectful and polite. We love our new home and are so grateful for Gil and his crew.

I hired GNK after meeting and getting bids from several contractors, including my architect who was a contractor himself. Gil's charisma and reputation was what ultimately made me choose GNK and it was one of the better decisions that I have made. I went to see their open job sites, spoke to the clients that lived there, and clients from the past. Their experiences made me feel confident in hiring a company for a large project which was my biggest concern from what I had heard. Our project included a general gut renovation, creating a larger kitchen, redoing the bathrooms, hallways and addition of 450 square feet to the backyard with another master bedroom and bathroom. A few areas to note regarding our experience during the project was choosing finished material. Gil came with us to 3 stores until we found exactly the tile that we wanted to match the design that we chose. We felt like he cared for our project as if it was his own house. We highly recommend working with them.

I hired GNK Construction to redo my roof. Gil made it so simple and easy. He explained my options, showed me different samples of shingles, very patientand very knowledgeable. So glad I hired them because I’ve heard night mares about contractors. Highly recommended for your project!!
