Gilad did an outstanding job for our family! He helped us to remodel a very old house into a beautiful and spacious two story home! He is very professional and honest! He overdelivered, the house was remodeled within 8 months and now ready to move in. I have a lot of experience with home renovations and with a design background (and a little OCD) - with all honesty, I'm a challenging client. I recently had the pleasure of working with GNK on my latest home addition and their team did an amazing job. This project involved multiple rooms, with very challenging design and structural elements and several job order changes mid-stream. Gil was a great partner in problem solving, was always available night and day for questions or concerns and delivered exactly what I was after. We stayed on time and on budget. I hired GNK after meeting and getting bids from several contractors, including my architect who was a contractor himself. Gil's charisma and reputation was what ultimately made me choose GNK and it was one of the better decisions that I have made. I went to see their open job sites, spoke to the clients that lived there, and clients from the past. Their experiences made me feel confident in hiring a company for a large project which was my biggest concern from what I had heard. Our project included a general gut renovation, creating a larger kitchen, redoing the bathrooms, hallways and addition of 450 square feet to the backyard with another master bedroom and bathroom. A few areas to note regarding our experience during the project was choosing finished material. Gil came with us to 3 stores until we found exactly the tile that we wanted to match the design that we chose. We felt like he cared for our project as if it was his own house. We highly recommend working with them.

I hired GNK Construction to redo my roof. Gil made it so simple and easy. He explained my options, showed me different samples of shingles, very patientand very knowledgeable. So glad I hired them because I’ve heard night mares about contractors. Highly recommended for your project!!
