We have used Grennan Construction for both our siding and our roof replacement and have had a great experience on both occasions. Their quoting process was very transparent - they answered any questions we had and priced the job fairly. Our project managers were easy to get a hold of and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. The work was done quickly and with quality. Our roof needed some major work done, and the crew finished the job in a timely manner and addressed every issue that needed to be fixed. I'd recommend Grennan Construction to anyone (and already have!).

We had our house resided by Grennan. It was a large project and had a number of complicating features. Grennan Construction took the time upfront to help us pick the color and style of siding that we would be happy with. They were not pushy, but instead were very patient, helpful and responsive. The owner was personally involved and offered many suggestions. The cost estimate was reasonable and the timing to do the work fit our schedule. The construction crew did an outstanding job and took care of all the details to make sure we were happy with the job when it was finished. Grennan Construction and their crew did exactly what they said they would do, for exactly what they said it would cost. I highly recommend Grennan Construction!

I interviewed 3 different companies before we got a new roof and Justin from Grennan was the best to work with by far. He was responsive before, during, and after the process. He was kind, honest, and fair. And actually they were cheaper than the other companies! I was NOT expecting that based on the high quality work they do. During the actual roofing, the guys on staff were professional, on time, and quick! Would definitely recommend!
