Arie was responsive the moment we reached out for a bid. He was a referred to us by a colleague who couldn't recommended him enough. We got several bids from other contractors but ultimately ended up going with Arie for a number of reasons. One thing to note about Arie is he shows up when he says he will, responds immediately and ensures his clients are always happy. All of his subs were respectful, extremely friendly and accommodating which is what you want when you have people working inside your home all day long. Aside from a few city permit delays (which was no fault of Arie's) Arie fully delivered on the project and we couldn't be happier! We still have a few minor installs to take care of but due to shipping delays they will be installed once they arrive. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, responsive and detail oriented contractor we couldn't recommend Arie enough. If we have any future home projects Arie without a doubt will be our first call!

After I reviewed few contractors Arie was A little bit different than others. We did complete remodeling we change the layout moved walls and 2 complete bathroom .Interior and exterior paint and windows. Arie was on top ! And I mean it . Always Communicate and helping with decisions. Always on the job site in and out. My husband and I I’ll confidence to say I recommend guideline builders by Arie Aflalo.

Arie and Guideline Builders exceeded our expectations with our new outdoor living space. The added outdoor kitchen with granite counter top and pizza oven have become a conversation starter. However the newly designed stain patio cover turns our outdoor living space into a beautiful all year round resort. Will be using Guideline Builders for future projects.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my new kitchen and bathroom. I was initially concerned about having my house under construction while living in it but the workers were very neat and they cleaned up daily. The design and recommendations by Arie were top notch.
