After a house fire, we needed to rebuild our home on the original site. Our experience with Denis and Guiltec could not have been better. They are real professionals with exacting quality standards and incredible resources for the various trades. They stayed on schedule, and quickly answered every question and request that we had. Denis had some wonderful suggestions that saved money on the project and often improved the design. Denis and his team became real partners in our project. Although we are happily settled for now, I look forward to working with them on another big project in the future.

Denis and his team couldn't have been more professional. The renovation was finished exactly when they said it would be. They were even done a few weeks early. The team was hands on with all of the subcontractors and made sure the job was done correctly. The recommendations during the building process were always the best value for the dollar. We hired Denis to help us with a flood in our house. Just the basics: dry out, fix walls and ceiling, etc. Because of Denis' creativity and genuine skill, he had vision which went beyond mere repairs and helped us transform a beautiful house that I was plenty sick of, into a home I don't want to leave for years. He is very busy, but if you want someone who is a genuinely gifted designer and craftsman, with a top-notch building company behind him, he is your man. We highly recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future.

Further, the attention to detail and the thoroughness was beyond what I could have imagined. I completely trust Denis and I love the work he did to my house. Guiltec just completed a complicated window and door replacement project at our home. They essentially replaced the entire back of our house. The original windows and frames were leaking and we were looking for a competent builder who is experienced in this area. Dennis, the owner, was promp, pleasant and very professional. His assessment of the problem and his proposal were reasonable and accurate. The job was completed promptly and with minimal inconvenience to us. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work, reasonable pricing and personal attention we received. The workers made an effort to keep the work area clean and did a great job cleaning up at the end. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Denis and his team at Guiltec did an amazing job completely renovating two full bathrooms for us. He was able to help guide us through the entire process and provide great tips on how to stay within our budget with high end finishes. He applied his experience from working on luxury homes to our project and helped us maximize our investment. Guiltec's service level is personal and best in class. We have allergies and each night he made sure that all areas were completely sealed off to contain dust etc. We would absolutely use Guiltec again and recommend them to anyone dreaming of a remodel or building a house.

Denis and team worked on a year long project in our home. They did a great job. What differentiates Denis from just being a good builder is his great ideas and flexibility to work with you on design ideas. He becomes truly passionate when you engage him in the creative side and has some really great ideas. We had loose ideas on what to do with our kitchen and he added some ideas that made all the difference. he also really encouraged us to put a 'funky stairs' in place which we were extremely nervous about as it pushed us over out budget BUT it turned out to be the best idea as its really made our home special and we love it. Thanks Denis and team.

Denis repaired extensiive water damage from a burst pipe 2 winters ago when we're not living in our house. He had to rip out walls, flooring, ceiling, a toilet and more and make the house look nice. He managed to do this in an outstanding 2 weeks so we could get the house back on the market asap. On another job he tore out & replaced our deck with an lpe mahogany deck, complete with concealed screws and handrails. Has great rapport with his crew and always full of fun.

Denis and Naill performed work on my home for six weeks starting in May. From start to finish I knew I could trust them to do the job right and capture (and enhance!) the vision for the project. They are creative and constantly looked for ways to optimize the space, the budget, and functionality of my home without sacrificing quality. For example, they used old floor boards in my attic to create a sliding door and on my own I would have never thought of re-purposing that wood in that manner. While having construction in your home is stressful, every Guiltec employee was willing to take extra time to explain certain aspects of the project and provide input on important decisions. Their advice was always spot-on and never did I feel pressured to do something I didn't want to. When my next project comes along it will include Guiltec simply because I trust them and I know the work will be done with attention to every detail. I usually don't get online and do reviews, but I am happy to do a review for this company. Pictures below show my attic going from nothing to something incredible!
