Our experience of remodeling our home with Hagstrom Builder could not have gone any better! -The initial walk through provided us with an honest, and accurate, estimate of costs and provided us an early opportunity to figure out what we could and couldn’t do based on the estimated budget -The seamless work with our designer provided the ground work for easy workflow throughout our project. We were given the names of several designers and found one who perfectly matched our style, budget, and timeline -The detailed budget and construction timeline not only gave us an opportunity to make changes, but allowed us to plan far enough in advance with our designer that we never felt like we were strapped for time or far outside our budgetary constraints -Hagstrom made it clear that the subcontractors they used held themselves to the highest standards, in the same way that Hagstrom Builder held themselves. This was a huge relief and the quality of work we received was second to none. -There was constant communication from the HB team to my wife and I, which kept us up to date of issues, potential issues, and incredible progress throughout the project. Without reservations, we would recommend Hagstrom Builder to anyone and everyone looking to remodel (or build) a home.

Hagstrom did an excellent job on following through with plans for finishing our walk-out basement and refinishing our master bedroom bath and outside decks in a manner that made the work look like it was always part of the original house. Their construction superintendent was a great help and was on-site nearly every day that work was underway over the six-month project period. We're repeat business for Hagstrom - they built our architect-designed home 24 years ago, added on a porch and loft office space, and our faith in the company made selection of a contractor for this project relatively easy.

My satisfaction with Hagstrom Builder goes back 20 years; they built a home for me then, and I had them do updates as needed over the years. When I decided to downsize, I was fortunate they could again come to my aid with updates of the bathrooms and kitchen of my new home. They provided a detailed cost analysis by line item upfront and there were no surprises even with the numerous change orders---as will occur on all renovation projects.

Hagstrom Builder helped us renovate and re-energize a beautiful but tired historical residence. We can't say enough about the caliber of workmanship evident in our "new" home. Thanks to a team of competent pros, we love the results.
