We had Darwin and his team build us our new winter home from 2300 miles away. We are Canadian snowbirds and we’re very nervous about building a home from so far away. Everything went amazing. Darwin kept us updated with regular pictures and daily texts. He was a joy to work with. Our home is everything we envisioned and more. I am the owner of a design firm, Stems Styles & Spaces. I hired Hardin Development to paint the interior and exterior of a home including cabinetry. In addition they removed existing ceramic tiles through out the space and replaced them with porcelain planks, including all base moldings. The project turned out beautiful. We have contracted Hardin Development for several years to renovate our entire home. We have extended exterior walls to add square footage to 2 bedrooms and our kitchen and living room, enclosed a garage to make a laundry room and home office, added a half bath and renovated an existing full bath. We are completing the whole home custom renovation by finishing our master bath. Darwin has been our general contractor thru it all. He's provided scheduling to meet our needs and materials to meet our budget. We will be building our new home late 2016-2017 and Hardin Development will be our builders. Unquestionable integrity and excellent customer service define Hardin Development.
