The Hawker Construction team exceeded our expectations remodeling our home. The subcontractors were very professional and worked well together to produce high-quality work. Ivan's attention to detail and transparency were greatly appreciated. We love our home!

Ivan remodeled my 100 year old rock dream home after a large tree went through the roof and broke the ridge beam. His engineering knowledge and ability to work with an antique property revealed his craftsmanship talents, attention to detail and patience. His visionary ideas to update were inspiring and the outcome was fabulous. The communication, transparency and teamwork between his contractors and myself was seamless. His knowledge of all aspects of construction was the most inspiring. Having a contractor that is not only talented but fun and kind to work with was an unexpected pleasure.

In the past, we have had a remodel nightmares by choosing the wrong contractor. Recently, we wanted to do another renovation and interviewed many contractors. Ivan was clearly our choice and he did not disappoint!! He is professional and up front with cost and time. He was a pleasure to work with as well as his staff and subs. He communicated throughout the process and delivered high craftsmanship. We are now living in our dream retirement home and loving it thanks to Ivan and all of Hawker Construction!!

Ivan Hawker and his team were well worth the search when it came to finding the right contractor for a whole home remodel. I highly value the transparency he brought to the whole process. We first hired Hawker construction for a master bed and bathroom remodel project in 2016. We were impressed with how smooth the project went. He made suggestions for materials, cabinetry and plumbing that converted our old, outdated master area into a completely updated mountain modern living space. Ivan is detailed, accountable, and creative - an impressive combination. He values quality and has a great network of suppliers in the area. Lastly, he was accurate about budget and timing. Hawker Construction was highly recommended to us and we feel lucky to have worked with them and have already and will continue to recommend them to others.
