Worst company to deal with. Many days of nobody showing up to do the reno. They had to come back and redo almost everything they did. Mistakes were caught by my husband as they tried to get away with all the things they did wrong. Project managers were a nightmare. My husband had to do the work of the project managers. People were fired throughout the project which created problems with consistency. A 4-6 month reno turned into a year and a half. We sold our home according to the timeliness we were given and then had to move in with our son. This was one of the worst experiences of my life!

Projects are complex and have many moving parts. A test of a project team shows itself when challenges are presented and resolved. Highbridge has a dedicated and professional team that rose to those challenges and met the deliverables of the project to my satisfaction. The Project Manager and trades people showed commitment and dedication to ensure that I was happy with the results. Job well done! fyi .. my project included a master bathroom complete redo + combination of a den and spare bedroom into a DOSP .. Den, Office Spare Bedroom.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my profound gratitude to the Highbridge Construction group that looked after my house problems. All the workers, from the Project Manager, roofers and the kitchen restoration guys, conducted themselves with impeccable professional courtesy. The work was performed with minimal intrusion taking into consideration the restriction placed upon all of us with this covid-19 situation. Marcel Project We hired Highbridge Construction to do extensive renovation to the home we purchased. Even after our first meeting we knew we had selected the right company. The first thing you notice when you work with Highbridge is their dedication to communication. From the estimating, the designing and eventually the construction phases, we were in constant contact with their team. This brings a great deal of comfort, especially if you have never gone through a major renovation project. When it was discovered there was an issue that had to be addressed with the foundation, we met with them and felt a sense of empathy coming from them because of the unexpected nature of the issue. They provided options almost immediately and allowed us time to decide which was the best course of action.
