I enjoyed communicating with Auber and Drew...when I could reach them. They did a great job at my home but I did not feel as if my job was a priority. They were preoccupied by several larger jobs in the area that they had already started even though they had also started mine already. I understand that mine was a small job (to them) but it was a large expense to me since I was paying out of pocket and had already paid for a portion of the work. I expected the same attention and time as other homeownwers, or simply do not ask for any payment until the work can be prioritized. They have always been respectful and kind whenever we communicated and they did make the time eventually to do the job well, but it could easily have been a different outcome if I had not had the time (during the summer months) to wait on them. Great workers, great work...just perhaps with too many jobs going on at one time to give each customer the time they require.

Drew and his crew were professional and timely. They listened to my concerns and were very responsive. Their work is terrific. I love the updates they did on my bathrooms. When I requested some additional requests, they were happy to handle it.

There is not one thing they can't fix. Very professional. Excellent work. I definitely recommend them. After all the work at my house he's now doing all my family n friends houses. Any small or huge projects they can do it. P.s. they are on my speed dial now
