“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“I was in desperate need of a bathroom and kitchen renovation before my entire family came into town for the Christmas holidays. I was concerned that I may have procrastinated on getting this project started and would not be able to get it completed on time. A friend highly recommended Superior Home Enhancement and I was more than pleasantly surprised when they ensured that they would be able to complete my very specific bathroom remodel before my deadline. The contractors were extremely professional and took the time to break down the entire project and were able to keep it a little under my budget. They were surprisingly tidy during the renovation and left no mess in other areas of the house at the end of the day. They were always willing and available to answer all my questions. Their high level of professionalism made the entire experience as stress free as possible during the renovation and their precise attention to detail resulted in a finished project that was exactly what I envisioned. They exceeded my expectations in every way so I will use this company moving forward for all my renovation needs and I highly recommend then to anyone planning to do renovations.”

He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. My assessment of Hagan Architects: totally professional, deeply caring, amazingly talented, delightfully innovative.”

“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“I could not have asked for a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have updated other areas of our home, but sought out a professional team for this large scale total remodel. The project included knocking down walls, painting, adding a new pantry, and adding new flooring/appliances/countertops/cabinets. Georgia Custom Construction was reliable and on time every day. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day before heading home (sometimes working overtime to get the job done for the day)! They communicated regularly on progress, answered all our questions with expert knowledge, and paid attention to every detail. They even made accommodations with my children and a dog running around while they completed the tasks. The huge job was successfully completed on time with no surprise fees or invoices when finished. I would use Georgia Custom Construction again and again for all my home projects - large and small!”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”
