We had a small addition built by Cornelius' team. The contract said it would take 3-4 weeks and it took almost 5 months. He asked for payment in advance of when the contract asked for it. There were many missed deadlines and many failed inspections. When things could have been kept moving sometimes only one person would come work for 4 hours and leave or no one would show up at all. Our house was left open and we had birds and mice get in while our living room sat unusable for months. They wired the electrical wrong, it needed to be on a new circuit. Cornelius said his team would be there in March 2021 to fix it, and it's been 5 months and I still haven't heard back. We had to hire someone to finish the job correctly so we could pass inspection after almost a year has passed, therefore Cornelius never finished his job that we paid him in full for.

Honest labor remodeling renovated my kitchen, bathroom and stairway and did such a beautiful job. Cornelius and his crew were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. I would recommend the company's services for future projects.
