This project was my first home building experience. I went into the process with a lot of questions, concerns, and unknowns. From start to finish, Kaio and his team were 100% committed to helping me put those anxieties at ease. I was kept up to date at every step of the process through text messages, emails, etc. There were unforeseen events that happened during our pre-construction/construction phase(NOLA Cyber Attack, COVID-19) I was worried that this would set us back. Kaio was determined to have my home built within a decent span of time and given those circumstances, he and his team were able to complete the home faster than I had expected. Feeling like your concerns matter and that someone is working as your advocate, makes all the difference when building a home. Kaio did just that. He takes pride in his work and his designs stand out among all the modern home builders. To Kaio and the workmen who labored tirelessly behind the scene, I am forever thankful.
