ibuild has completed roof replacements on three apartment communities for my company in 2016. One property was 18 buildings at total of 192 units, one was 17 buildings with a total of 180 units. The final project was 1 building, a total of 40 units. All employees and contractors for ibuild handled each project with the upmost professionalism and concern for the property as well as the residents on site. Clean up was done thoroughly on a daily basis. I plan to continue using ibuild for roofing and other contractor jobs and highly recommend them.

Highly professional - reliable, experienced, knowledgeable, quality subs, reasonable price. Jamie not only did an awesome job identifying issues with leaking roof and repairing damage, he worked closely with the insurance company and adjuster and made the entire process smooth, efficient and effective. I could tell right away that he was a professional and would stand by his word.
