Imagine Construction

We really enjoyed working with Brett. We did a kitchen and powder bath renovation. He installed a new window and created an outdoor bar. Brett and his crew from Imagine Construction were pleasant to work with, efficient, and clean. The end result was better than we envisioned and we barely went over budget. This was our first renovation and we were nervous about unwelcomed surprises and change orders, but Brett made the process smooth and transparent. We interviewed several contractors and Brett came across as honest, confident, and the best communicator. We highly recommend Brett and his Imagine crew and would use them again for future projects.

Brett and his team remodeled our master suite in 2019 and two other bathrooms in our home in 2020 and we cannot recommend him more! Brett is meticulous and stands behind his work. It started with an incredibly detailed bid, in which he itemized every single expense. That alone is unheard of for most contractors, and this transparency immediately built trust. He's also incredibly meticulous, and we saw him more than once ask his team to redo a piece of work that didn't meet his high standards - without any input from us. Brett is also creative, and taking the design from our designer, researched and recommended a very unusual hinge for our master closet, completely hiding the closet door and bringing the design to life. I have recommended Brett to friends and will continue to do so and look forward to working with him again. Only downside is he's in demand so you may need to be patient if you want to get on his schedule!

They are organized, detailed and maintain a team of highly skilled individuals and are capable of any project size. Brett and Imagine Construction are fantastic to work with! This review is years late, but I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences working with them. He is my first call when I have a project, and I’ll continue to work with him again and again. I have personally hired Brett for two major remodel jobs: master bathroom + other full bathroom as well as our kitchen. His work was skilled and delivered within the time frame we discussed. I found him to be relatable, transparent, and a joy to work with. Additionally, I have referred him to several friends whom have also successfully used Imagine Construction for their own remodel projects (master bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). We have since moved, and we will use Imagine Construction again for our next batch of remodel projects when the time is right. You cannot go wrong with this company!

All in all, I thought Brett and his team did a fabulous job for a really great price. He knows all the right places to shop that gives you the best bang for your buck and he's also easy to communicate with. I can't wait to use imagine construction for the rest of our house fixers.

Brett did a beautiful job on our bathroom. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but Brett had great suggestions, which we loved, and were therefore implemented. He is personable and easy to work with, as were his workers. The bathroom is just amazing. We couldn’t have imagined, ahead of time, that we would love it as much as we do. We will be remodeling our second bathroom in a year or so and will, wihtout a doubt, hire Imagine Construction for that job, as well as any others that we might decide upon in the future.

Imagine Construction remodeled our kitchen this past summer and did an amazing job. We opened up the kitchen/family room for an open concept and removed a fire place. We love how the project turned out. Brett was extremely responsive, very detailed and also innovative when obstacles arise- and you know there will always be at least one small one :). We are so happy that we have him back right now for our master bath remodel and then next up is the hall bath!

I have always enjoyed working with Brett and his crew at Imagine. It's consistently a positive atmosphere, solutions driven and collaborative. If you are lucky enough to find Brett and smart enough to hire him, you'll be so glad you did. He knows a lot about everything and is always open to new ideas and working to make them a reality - a dream for an Interior Designer like myself.

We worked with Brett as our contractor on a major home remodel/addition for framing, foundation, sub-floor, etc. He was very easy to work with, reliable and flexible. We were very pleased with his work and understanding of our budget. We worked with him again recently as our GC for the renovation of the entryway and living room in our home. He finished the project on time and on budget and even did a few additional projects for us before our deadline :)

Brett is a consummate pro. One of his greatest attributes is his patience, taking the time before the project to understand the goals and then his creativity to come up with ideas and methods of accomplishing those goals. Aside from that his work is excellent. His standards are high and the end result reflects those standards. We couldn't be happier with his work and the results.

I met Brett while shopping for bathroom vanities. He was pleasant, answered my questions and came to my house to give me a bid. He told me he could not start for a couple of weeks, but would put me on his schedule. He started my job ontime, gave me a time line and stuck with it. He was always on my job supervising the work, his workers are all pleasant, and they cleaned up every night. I was so pleased with his work, he is doing another job for us!

Brett is awesome to work with and his attention to detail is awesome! As a designer and draftsman, it is really great to work with a company that is professional and stays on task! Brett has done an amazing job on projects I have designed. His work is outstanding and the sub-contractors he has working for him are just as outstanding! I enjoy working with him and his team!
